Snowbird Season runs from November thru December, on a monthly basis. Enjoy easy beach access directly across a two-way residential street—a quick 1–2-minute walk will have you soaking up the sun and surf in no time. The community offers a prime location, with several desirable spots just a 1–5-minute stroll away, plus miles of scenic walking and biking paths to explore. Take advantage of the seasonally heated community pool for a relaxing swim or fire up one of the many outdoor charcoal grills in the expansive courtyard, perfect for family gatherings or casual cookouts. Seacove combines convenience, comfort, and charm for your perfect coastal getaway!

Area Attractions:

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. The center offers everything from the Fusion Art Glass Gallery to the Brooks Brothers Country Club for the high-end shopper. Several boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine, and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, which was deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

This was the perfect place to get away for a week. Just as described, the beach access was just a two minute walk away. Their customer service was great, super friendly whenever I reached out. Very clean when we walked in and looked just like the pictures. Us and our guests thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would 100% book with RealJoy again.

A soon as i walked inside it was the smell of clean.. That was a number 1 for me along with the white towels and sheets.. (i left my cleaning supplies in the car) It was enough room for my family. Easy Walk to the beach, coffee shop and restaurants. This company will be my choice from here on out when i visit Destin.
