Welcome to your getaway at Seaclusion, a beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home located in the gated Paradise Retreat community, just a short 525 yards from private beach access. This house is a relaxed getaway and a spacious open layout connecting the kitchen, dining, and living areas, perfect for gatherings or family time. With a Master King Bedroom featuring an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a king guest bedroom, and a guest bedroom with a full over full bunk bed, this home comfortably accommodates 8 guests. Paradise Retreat is a quiet, gated community of 120 homes within the beautiful Miramar Beach area. This community grants access to 320 feet of private, deeded beach with private access. Paradise Retreat is located only a short distance from several beachfront restaurants and only a few miles from Destin Commons and Silver Sands. Come see why this beautiful community is a family favorite!

Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants. The Emerald Coast Fitness Foundation at 4345 Commons Drive West has a community pool to swim at for a small fee. It is located approximately 10 minutes from the home.
All the excitement of Destin is just minutes away: choice of water sports, golf, amusement parks, and outlet shopping. One glimpse of Destin beaches and you're hooked. It must be the wide, white beaches and the famous emerald waters. Not to mention the fabulous fishing, the world's most beautiful beaches, addictive seafood and the full array of activities for kids of all ages and more fun to be found in Destin.
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Pasamos unas vacaciones maravillosas en esta casa en la playa de Destin. Fuimos en familia con niños pequeños y fue el lugar ideal. La casa estaba súper limpia, bien equipada y muy cómoda para todos. Tenía todo lo necesario para sentirnos como en casa, ¡incluso juegos y utensilios para los más pequeños! La playa está a muy poca distancia caminando, lo cual fue perfecto para ir con los niños sin complicaciones. También nos encantó que hubiera espacio al aire libre para que jugaran y que la zona fuera tranquila y segura. El anfitrión fue muy amable y siempre disponible para responder cualquier pregunta. La ubicación también fue excelente: cerca de supermercados, restaurantes familiares y actividades para niños. ¡Sin duda volveríamos!
