Welcome to Seabreeze Escape, a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhome, only about 500 yards to the sugary white sands of Miramar Beach. Step inside to be greeted by an open concept living area, dining area and a kitchen with plenty of counter space. It is the perfect place to unwind after a long day at the beach or to enjoy a meal with your crew. You will also find the washer/dryer located conveniently on this level. Climb the beautiful stairs to the second floor to find the two bedrooms. This townhome sleeps up to 6 with a master bedroom containing a king bed and a guest bedroom with two full beds. Both bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom also grants you access to the private covered balcony. Outside you'll find a cozy back patio highlighted by natural beauty, only a few steps to one of two community pools. Take a short stroll to Pompano Joe's, which is also where you will find the beach access. Seabreeze Escape is a wonderful way to spend your beach days - you will surely enjoy your stay!

Located in Miramar Beach, Woodland Shores Complex contains a low-density community of two-story townhomes, with less than 50 units total. All townhomes have private balconies and patios. The community offers shuffleboard, an outdoor BBQ area, community room and two community pools (one heated). You will find the beach access within a short walk at the famous Pompano Joe's restaurant. Woodland Shores is also a short drive away from incredible shopping at Destin Commons and Silver Sands Premium Outlets.

Area Attractions:

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers many great restaurants and stores.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

If it's available book it! Such a nice company, they were very helpful and even let us check in early! One pool is directly out the back door, perfect and safe for kids! There are locals that live there and they are so nice!!! We were on a girls trip and felt extremely at peace. The beach is right down the street and it is perfect! There is also an Alvin's in the neighborhood and a gas station + food options without getting on a main road perfect for golf cart.

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was just what was advertised and worked great for our family gathering. The kitchen had the amenities we needed which helped us prepare our meals. The distance from the public beach at South Walton is an easy 8 minute walk which was great - avoided the hunt for a parking space. The location was nice an quiet. We also enjoyed the pool. The folks at Real Joy was great at communicating with us for the check-in process, what was expected, and for the check-out instructions. We are very grateful and would definitely come back. The condo was very clean and had a lot of space, especially for a beach condo. The outdoor area was a little overgrown, but not bad. The pool is directly across from the back patio door which was very convenient. There are skylights in the bedrooms, so it does tend to get light in the bedrooms early. There was one outlet/phone cover on the wall in the guest bedroom that did not have a cover over it and was exposed. The mattresses were also not the greatest. However, it was very easy to get in to and centrally located. The owners gave very clear and easy instructions and were very quick and responsive. It was easy to find and about a 0.4 mile walk to the public beach access. It is also very close to several restaurants and stores. The neighbors were very quiet and nice. The pool was never very busy and was peaceful to swim at and clean. Overall, we would stay here again!

We had a few numbs but they were on it and got us took care of. Our family loved our visit and definitely wanna book her

The pool was right out back of our unit which was very beneficial to the kids. It was a very quiet place! We loved it. Definitely want to book again. The ac went out on our first day! And around the back porch needed some cleanup, but it was made right to us by the staff!

My husband and I stayed here for one week and really enjoyed ourselves. The townhouse was beautiful, comfortable, and clean!!! The amenities was perfect and the pool area was so relaxing. The beach is located two blocks away from the beautiful townhouse. I will recommend this place to everyone who plans on visiting Destin Florida. Thanks for the lovely place??

There was an unforeseen maintenance issue with the property we originally booked. RealJoy reached out as soon as it was discovered and worked with us to provide a property even better than we originally booked. Great property, convenient location, creepy neighbor!

The property was spacious. It is walking distance to the beach and off the main road where all the shops and restaurants are located. We really appreciated the quick text responses from realjoy support. The property looked relatively clean however the floor was filthy. My son took two steps and his socks were so dirty, they were just about good for the garbage. Beware of neighbor in townhome #3. He asked us to move our car out of his spare parking because he could have visitors. That sounds reasonable! Gentleman in townhome #2 was dropping off material for his renovation and he authorized us to park in one of his parking spots. We thought that was the end the story but the next day, #3 came out tapping on our car window to ask why we were parked on #2! We said, we were authorized to park there. Later that day, a woman came knocking on our door and asked us to move. When we said the gentleman on #2 authorized us to park there, she said: "Oh my husband told you to park there but you need to move!" It is our believe that #3 called her over to ask us to move. We took my son to the pool, and neighbor #3 stared at us from his window the whole time! Creepy!

This property is in a great location. Miramar public beach is only 3 blocks and Destin public beach is only a short walk. My kids loved the heated pool right outside the back door. Within driving or walking distance to food, drinks and shops. We would definitely stay here again!
