Welcome to Sea Sanctuary, a luxurious third-floor condo in the heart of Seacrest Beach. Occupying the entire third floor and offers approximately 1,800 square feet of living space. With three separate balconies, you'll have plenty of opportunities to relax outdoors. The first balcony offers a spacious area for dining and lounging while overlooking the pool. The second provides a small Gulf view and is a wonderful spot to enjoy a sunset, while the third features a cozy café table. Inside, the open-concept living area provides plenty of space for everyone to gather. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops making it easy to prepare everything from quick breakfast to family dinners. Sea Sanctuary offers two spacious King master suites, each with a private bathroom, walk-in closet, and TV. The additional bedrooms include a Queen bedroom and a bedroom with two Double beds, allowing the condo to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. Whether you're traveling with family, friends, or multiple families, Sea Sanctuary provides the space, amenities, and location for an unforgettable 30A beach vacation.

Rosemary Beach is only minutes away, with shops and restaurants, including the Old World-style town center w/coffee shop, bike and surf rentals, and unique shops. Check out the open-air markets on the weekends. 

Enjoy the beautiful sugar-white sand beaches that made 30A world famous. Enjoy walking and biking everywhere around Rosemary, Seacrest, and Alys Beach. Don't miss the newly opened 30Avenue for even more dining and shopping options. 30Avenue is just north of Rosemary across Hwy 98, near both Shades Sports Bar and The Donut Hole. The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Grouper Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 970 feet out from the Inlet Beach access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
