Sea La Vie is a stunning townhome just blocks from the beach! Located in the upcoming, resort-style community of 125 Crystal Beach! This newer townhome features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths that can sleep up to 10 guests comfortably! On the first floor, guests will find two guest bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a full over a full bunk bed, both with patio access. The first floor also has a full bathroom, washer and dryer, and a garage entry. The second floor features a master bedroom with a king bed, ensuite, and walk-in closet. Also on the second floor is a beautiful kitchen with a serving bar, dining room, a living room with a queen-size sleeper sofa, a large flat-screen TV where you can enjoy streaming your favorite shows, and a private balcony with a pool view! You will find granite countertops, stainless appliances, and all new top-of-the-line furnishings throughout this home. Come check out why Sea La Vie will be a family favorite!

Snowbird Season runs November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). This upcoming resort-style community is in a PRIME location; just 3 blocks from the spectacular, emerald-green waters of Crystal Beach in one direction, yet walking distance from the Destin Commons Shopping Center in the other. Vacation rentals in this new community have a unique feel. Featuring a private, resort-like swimming pool, a private park area, and 6 miles of trails nearby, you'll find that 125 Crystal Beach is sure to be a family favorite!

Area Attractions:

It's a terrific residential area, yet close to restaurants and activities in Destin.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shop.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of the permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or another flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We had a wonderful stay at Sea La Vie! The townhouse was beautiful, very clean, and provided everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed spending time in the spacious community pool. The beach was a quick 10 minute walk, and the home provides a beach cart. If you enjoy shopping, Destin Commons is right across the street, and the outlets are a short drive away. There are many wonderful nearby restaurants. We highly recommend the Destin area and Real Joy vacation rentals for your next get away!

Felt like home

Great location. Clean and up to date. Home decor was nice, not to over crowded with random decor. Plenty of room. Access to pool. Only wish it came with a golf cart and that their was a water house to connect to the spigot in the garage. Would definitely stay there again

Very clean, quiet and friendly neighborhood. Check-in and communication was amazing. My sons left their cell phones in the unit and we didn’t realize it until we were already on the road. Me and my friends truly enjoyed staying here. I booked this place for my birthday trip and it was amazing! The location is so close to everything. Fun and night life is right around the corner. The beach is in walking and driving distance. The townhouse is really nice and decorated beautifully. The pool area is nice and clean. The neighbors are even great! I would most definitely recommend this rental to everyone. I would definitely book here again. Home away from home. We didn’t want to leave :(
