Inside, you’ll be welcomed by an open concept living space filled with natural light, soaring ceilings, hardwood floors, and elegant coastal décor. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything your group’s chef needs to prepare meals with ease. Step outside to your own private pool—perfect for sunbathing, lounging, or unwinding after a day at the beach. Need even more space? Just a few doors down at The Frangista Oasis —also sleeps 24 and features a private pool. Book both homes for a large-group getaway where everyone can stay close (but not too close).

The Villas of Frangista is a quiet, gated community with cobblestone streets, a community pool, and some small ponds for the kids to fish in. Located in the heart of Miramar Beach, this community is just minutes from the sugar white sands, close to favorite local restaurants, and near some of the best shopping in the area. This lovely neighborhood is practically next door to the Seascape Golf Resort, which offers tee times to members of the public and has superior tennis facilities. Wander down the beach to the Whale's Tail or Surf Hut for a bite, take a dip in the lovely community pool, or catch some rays on the sugar white beaches.

*Max 3 vehicles allowed in the driveway. To maintain a beautiful neighborhood for all to enjoy, the HOA requires the following from all residents and renters: NO RVs, buses, trailers, jet skis, boats, motorcycles, scooters, all-terrain vehicles, or go-carts are permitted in this subdivision. Parking is permitted for passenger vehicles only, in the driveway or in the garage. No parking allowed on the grass or yard. Parking on the street is not allowed whatsoever in this neighborhood, regardless of the time of day. No overflow parking is available in this neighborhood. Vehicle owners will be responsible for towing fees and HOA fines associated with exceeding the maximum number of vehicles allotted or defiance of policies.

Area Attractions:

Villas of Frangista is located about 2.3 miles from the Silver Sands Outlet Centers and is convenient to both the action in Destin and Grand Boulevard Towne Center, with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, and a park with pop-up fountains at its center.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shop.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

The property was very clean. All of the codes for the gates, and house were supplied and worked.The pool had tubes and toys for the kids to play with and enjoy.The grill had gas and worked perfectly and the house had starter supplies which were appreciated.The staff communicated well and it was a wonderful experience.

This airbnb was amazing, I felt like I was leaving in my dream home lol. This property is so spacious, interesting and beautiful. Me and my family had a very good time, all the bedrooms are so comfy and clean. It’s so close to the one of the most beautiful beaches in Miramar area, I walked to the closest coffee shop and felt in love way more. Any time of the year it’s good time to visit, this stay will be in my top 5 best stays forever.

Our stay at this Airbnb was amazing! The home gave us total Malibu Dream vibes—relaxing, stylish, and perfect for a peaceful getaway. The neighborhood was quiet and serene, which made it even more enjoyable. One of the best parts was the golf cart—it made getting around so fun and convenient! We were able to ride to the beach, nearby shopping centers, the grocery store, ice cream shop, restaurant's, souvenir spots—pretty much everything we needed without ever having to drive. The private pool was a huge highlight as well, especially with the heating option. The house itself was very clean, neat, and incredibly spacious, which worked perfectly for our family. We also took advantage of the barbecue grill, which added even more fun to our stay. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely be booking this Airbnb again for our next family vacation!
