The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

The property was absolutely gorgeous, with beautiful surroundings that made it the perfect spot for my family and me to celebrate Christmas. We truly enjoyed our time there.
The only issue we noticed was a lingering smell of fish in the refrigerator. I'm not sure if someone had left fish in there before our arrival, but aside from that, everything else was perfect.

Highly recommend this location and working with this host. Not only was it easy to get to the beach, everything is within driving distance and several places were within walking distance. The house is well stocked to cook at home and the fridge has space for leftovers from eating out. Our family was incredibly comfortable and we felt that we were on a luxurious vacation - which we all needed. We were pleasantly surprised to find beach chairs and a wagon in the laundry room. The hot tub was delightful and very clean. The beds were comfortable and all linens and towels were clean. We will definitely be staying here should we visit the area again.- Reviewed On: 12/24/2025

This was a wonderful find! My family loves visiting the 3030A area and this was the perfect place to stay. Everyone had lots of space (own room and bathroom). The layout of the home is great and the tall ceilings make it's feel even more luxurious. The beach was a 2 minute walk and very easy to get to which was a great plus with small children. Great house. Two things I’d like to mention though. The stackable washer/dryer was fine for two of us but it may not be for a houseful of people. Great family trip
We had the best time! The house was perfect - very clean, very comfortable. All of the beds were very comfortable. My kids loved the video game in the bunk room. All of the outdoor spaces gave us plenty of room to spread out. Neighborhood was lovely and very accessible. The beach was really busy, but we were also there during high spring break time. Very easy to get to with plenty of chairs and boogie boards for us to use. Location was really nice - we liked being in the middle of 30A and taking bikes in either direction. Great location along 30A in a small gated community. The check-in process was very smooth and any snags (such as finding the community gate code) were dealt with instantly. The house was cozy and relaxed. The appliances were extremely nice. Viking dishwashers are overly complicated but this is not the host’s fault :)

We absolutely loved staying in this house! Perfect setup for two families to have plenty of room to spread out and relax. We enjoyed it so much, we ended up extending our stay and stayed 9 nights instead of 6. Great house, great location, short 5min walk to the beach. 5 min drive to seaside, 10 min to Alys, 15 to Rosemary. 2 min drive to one of the best restaurants in the area, Cafe Thirty A. We had a great time at Jilenna’s place. There were 8 of us and it was the perfect size; beds were comfy and bathrooms had great lighting and places to get ready. Lots of areas for the group to hangout. House was very clean and updated. Short 5 minute walk to the beach and there were a few restaurants in walking distance as well. What a beautiful beach home! It was perfect for our family of 7 adults. So close by walking or biking to shops, restaurants, nature trails and, of course, the beach! This home could not have been more well appointed from the lovely furniture, upscale appliances, games, large smart TV's everywhere from the porch to every bedroom, well serviced hot tub, laundry room and very bright and large kitchen/dining/living room area. Family Beach Time
Lovely home, space & privacy for everyone, love the king beds in the 3 main bedrooms, bunk beds has full size beds which was great for the teenage boys (they enjoyed the video game mounted on the wall) & all bedrooms have their own bathroom, walking distance to the beach, close to shops & restaurants (although we cooked most meals in the spacious kitchen)! Great property
The place was clean and had all of things a family would need during their stay. Elevator was out due to storms but other tha. That it was great. Would definitely stay here again.- Reviewed On: 5/31/2022
