Bedrooms 1 and 2 each have a queen bed and balcony access, while bedroom 3 features twin-over-full bunk beds. Sapphire by the Sea is located in a secluded neighborhood along an old oyster shell road leading to an undisturbed stretch of beautiful beach. It is located less than a mile from the Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation's largest designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name-brand designer stores. Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop-up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops and Hard Rock Cafe.

Area Attractions:

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. Several boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine, and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Walking distance to Chick-fil-A and the outlet malls. The pickleball and volleyball court on the property is a huge plus! Big house with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms for a big group!

The house was perfect for our group of 14. We had 5 parents and 9 high school aged boys. The house is in great condition and the RealJoy team was very responsive and they made sure everything was taken care of. We would for sure rent the home again.

Beautiful house, perfect setup for our large group. Lots of bathrooms , which was great! We paid for the heated pool and it was nice and warm upon arrival. Even with cooler nights, there was no issue keeping the temperature up. We also loved having the pickleball court at the house. Only issue was with the Internet - but RealJoy helped us to troubleshoot. About 4 days into our stay we got it working properly (I still think they could benefit from a new router). Overall, great house and we had a great time!

Amazing property and location! The house was clean, spacious, and accommodating. The backyard is where we spent most of our time playing pool, pickleball, and swimming. The pictures online do not do this backyard justice, it is much larger than what I thought it would be. A little more lighting around the pickleball court would be nice, but that would be my only suggestion. The private beach access and golf cart parking really made it easy to get to and from the beach. I would highly recommend this property, and we will be coming back!

Place was amazing! Outdoor space was so nice for the kids! Beds were comfortable and had plenty of space! Not far walk or golf cart ride to beach! Having golf cart access was super helpful to get toys and chairs to beach! With the price of place, would have been nice if golf cart was including in pricing as we saw others that the cart was included in price. Other than that, was a great air bnb!
