This was our all time favorite house so far❤️we loved the layout of house inside and out will defiantly try and get this house again next year!! Plus the cleanliness was great!!

Amazing property and location! The house was clean, spacious, and accommodating. The backyard is where we spent most of our time playing pool, pickleball, and swimming. The pictures online do not do this backyard justice, it is much larger than what I thought it would be. A little more lighting around the pickleball court would be nice, but that would be my only suggestion. The private beach access and golf cart parking really made it easy to get to and from the beach. I would highly recommend this property, and we will be coming back!

Amazing house and property! Perfect location and the private beach is incredible!! The golf cart was so helpful to have available! We had 20 people stay at the house and it was perfect! The kids and adults loved the backyard and all of the amenities the house offers. We will book again!

Place was amazing! Outdoor space was so nice for the kids! Beds were comfortable and had plenty of space! Not far walk or golf cart ride to beach! Having golf cart access was super helpful to get toys and chairs to beach! With the price of place, would have been nice if golf cart was including in pricing as we saw others that the cart was included in price. Other than that, was a great air bnb!

We had 20 people from all ages stay here. Unfortunately it rained most of the time and it would’ve been a rough visit if we didn’t have the heated pool. The kids and adults loved all the amenities. We had a small maintenance issue that no one could have anticipated and the management office was quick and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend a stay here

This property was in a great location, just a quick ride down the street to the beach thanks to the golf cart. Very close to restaurants and things to do. We really enjoyed the pool (we had it heated as the weather was a little cool during our stay) and the covered pool table. The house was the perfect set-up for our large family. A few things need fixed/replaced and the house could use a deep cleaning, but all in all it did not affect our vacation and we were very happy with our stay. We would definitely recommend to others and will likely return.

This house was perfect for our group! 3 families had plenty of room and enjoyed everything this home had to offer. The house was clean and spacious. There were plenty of beds for 3 families with kids ranging from 16-26. The golf cart was perfect for back and forth beach trips. We loved the private pool and sand volleyball too. The property's indoor and outdoor spaces provide lots of opportunities for fun! The bunk room provides lots of space for children to play. The great room was wonderful whether play games, working puzzles, dining or watching a game on TV. Outdoors offered the pool, pool table, sand volleyball. The beach was easily accessible with a short walk. The golf cart made it so easy to transport beach gear. It is a wonderful place to stay!

This was our first chance as a family to get together since the pandemic and I am so glad we chose this property. The house was amazing, clean and well stocked with linens and dishes/pots/pans for prepping our Thanksgiving dinner. The pool was amazing but due to the temperature we were unable to use. We did reach out to the property managers and learned that when the night time temp drops below 50, the heater will cut off. I did recommend that this be disclosed on the property information. Customer service and recovery were excellent and after opening the ticket they did issue a refund for the fee. The area is perfect with shopping, restaurants, movies all within a short 15-20 min drive. Again due to weather we didn’t spend as much time at the beach but the golf cart was convenient did the few times we took the short drive up. Definitely would revisit for a warm summer vacation!

We had a great time, the house was amazing and exactly as expected. Well kept house, very clean, quick 3-5 min walk to the beach or 1 min golf cart ride. We had 20 people ranging from infants to grandparents and we had plenty of space. The pool is also really great to have when you need a break from the sand. The beach area was not overly crowded and the white sand was beautiful. We would definitely stay here again!

My family had a wonderful trip. The house was very nice. The pool was very nice, and we enjoyed that it was heated. The house was close enough to walk to the beach, but the provided golf cart made it much easier to get our stuff to and from. Overall, we had a great stay and enjoyed our time.

Minor cosmetic problems but overall house is perfect for large gatherings! Some of the smaller things like, garage door not fixed, pool lights not working, lights were burnt out across the property, and the dryer didn't dry very well. These things would have been nice if they worked, but didn't hinder our fun! The private beach is just down the road and the golf cart made it easy to carry all the beach stuff. Weather was rainy and we loved having the covered patio outback next to the pool, between rain we jumped in! Will definitely consider this location in the future.

This house was absolutely perfect for my 19 family members. Young and old loved this house. I cannot think of one thing that would make this house more perfect. (Unless you can stick it right on the beach:-) ). Being just a small walk to the beach made it affordable for us. And the golf cart made it so perfect. We used the outside patio for every meal. This house fit us perfectly! 13 adults and 6 kids. Backyard was set up very nicely with the pool, pool table and big screen TV. We actually spent most of our time there. Love the location. Not on the beach but a very short drive on the golf cart provided with the house.
