The beach is just steps away via the deeded beach access, making it easy to spend your days swimming in the emerald-green Gulf waters. Head home to cool off in the private pool or relax on one of the spacious balconies. The luxurious third-floor King suite is a true highlight, featuring a brand-new bathroom, incredible Gulf views, and balcony access. Two additional King suites are located on the first floor, each featuring its own private ensuite bathroom. The second-floor bunk room includes two Queen beds plus a Queen trundle, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for children or larger groups. The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Grouper Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 970 feet out from the Inlet Beach access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
