Sandy Feet was a perfect house and location! The house was part of a well kept, gated community with a beautiful pool and walkable to the beach. The house was in perfect condition, extremely clean and had a fully stocked kitchen (they even had a lemon squeezer, Tupperware and an ice cream maker)! It was a fun/active spot during the day, but quiet at night. We also loved that we were close to grocery stores, delicious restaurants and the state park! We would absolutely come back and stay at this property again!

Great stay! Super close to the beach and the shuttle was convenient. They also had plenty of kitchen appliances for cooking and the high chair was a nice addition.

Great location! So much to do and the walk to the beach was really close. The house was as described on the website. Had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Only thing I would like to point out was the sheets were not clean. Found hair, fake nail and eyelashes on them. Good thing I always carry detergent when I travel to wash sheets before using, because of cases like this. (Maybe cleaning crew was in a rush) Other than that our stay was great!

It’s a beautiful place. Very nice! As described and marketed. Easy walk to the beach. My family of 9 with 4 kids enjoyed our stay. They loved the pool. We were close to EVERYTHING!
Suggestions: a few beach supplies might be nice. All in all, a beautiful place, I'd definitely stay again.

Perfect spot and house is really nice to stay in and close to the beach. Loved the pool specially with the kids. Walking was kinda little too far from the beach but do recommend renting golf carts for the neighborhood would be a good idea.

RealJoy was definitely like the description. All emails I sent they replied within minutes. Only issue the floors were extremely dirty. The kids socks were literally black.
Otherwise I would definitely recommend RealJoy for your vacation stay.

Overall we loved this house, it was perfect for us. We had 7 adults and 6 kids. It fit us all comfortably. It has all the essentials we needed. The pool was a super short walk and really nice. The only downfall that I didn’t realize before booking was that this HOA does not allow golf carts (it says this in the listing hence why I didnt take off stars for this) but had I paid more attention I probably wouldnt have booked for that reason. Getting to the beach with lots of kids and all the beach must haves was a little harder but none the less we made it happen and had a great time!

We stayed at Sea Salt for a bachelorette trip with a group of 8. There was more than enough space for everyone and the overall community is so quiet, peaceful. The beach is about a 10-15 minute walk which wasn’t bad. It’s also located in a convenient place for anything you’d need!! Highly recommend.

We loved sea salt! It hosted our group so comfortably and had plenty of beds for everyone. There was a total of 9 of us on the trip. One recommendation to the owners is to update the pillows and spot clean the couch. Other than that everything was 10/10! Would definitely stay here again.

Loved our stay at this property. I perfectly suited myself, my husband, our two kids, my mom, my dad, and two of my teenage siblings. It would be nice if this property had a golf cart and some beach chairs. Also, there were clumps of hair in the sheets and sand when we arrived. The temp through the house was finicky at first but we figured it out and had a WONDERFUL vacation.

The house was beautiful the area was very peaceful we had a ball I didn't like that the beds had stains and dirty shoe prints on the cover. the sheets was filled with sand other then that we really enjoyed our stay and will be back in August

Fabulous location and house. Close to the beach, and the pool did not disappoint. We had 2 families (11 ppl total with kids ages 8-16) and the house had enough room. It was clean and the amenities in the kitchen were great! We hope to be back sometime in the near future.

This was a quality property that had everything we needed for a two-family vacation. There was plenty of room for the kids to play without bothering the adults. Beds were comfortable. Location was close enough to the beach to tempt us walking, but we ended up driving down to the closest public parking lot. Pool at the facility was too cold for our group's comfort, but that could be because we went the day after it rained. If staying at this house for more than a few days you'll need to make sure to bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, and trash bags. We ran out of the supplied items well before the end of our 7-night stay. Communication with property management was very quick.
