Additional sleeping arrangements include a queen guest bedroom, a playful bunk room with two sets of twin bunk beds, and a sleeper sofa in the upstairs loft, accommodating up to 12 guests. Venture just 500 yards to the pristine shores of Crystal Beach or take advantage of the complimentary seasonal trolley service for effortless beach access. Back at the community, take a dip in the lagoon pool and bask in the Florida sunshine. Experience the magic of Sandsational Memories and create cherished moments with your loved ones.

Snowbird Season runs November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Villages of Crystal Beach is an exclusive, gated community only a few blocks from the beautiful blue waters and white sandy beaches of Destin. You can make the walk on foot or hop on the free seasonal trolley service (Memorial Day through Labor Day): they will even pick you up at the house and drop you off right at the beach! The pool area at Villages of Crystal Beach is a vacation must! The lagoon style zero entry pool is 30,000 square feet of gorgeous, sparkling clear water. There is a spa, tropical landscaping, and plenty of seating areas. It also has surround sound, a flat screen TV, and a grilling area to help you relax and unwind.

Please note Villages of Crystal Beach has parking restrictions. There are two parking spaces available in the driveway. Trailers, RV's, boats, golf carts, and motorcycles are not allowed within the community gates; alternate parking arrangements will need to be made for these items.

Area Attractions:

Crystal Beach is a terrific residential area, yet close to restaurants and activities in Destin. Walk to close by restaurants such as the award-winning 790 Inn on the Gulf or Camille's, get your fro-yo on at U-Twirl Frozen Yogurt, or learn how to ride the waves at All-A Board Surf School.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We loved the house. The pool area is phenomenal. Beautiful and clean. The house was less than a 5 minute walk to the pool and maybe a 10 minute walk to the beach. We saw staff constantly cleaning the whole property. There were plenty of shopping options in the area. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, good value for big family

Clean, great location, walking distance to beach, pool was clean, big, and great for all ages. Plenty of shopping nearby at the commons or the san destin outlets. Things to remember- minimally stocked with supplies, bring extra trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels etc. Plenty of bath towels were provided. Bring your own beach towels. If you plan to cook big meals bring extra cookware etc. I feel like this rental was great for my vacation and I would book again.

Soccer trip

Much need family vacation that did not disappoint.

Instructions were very easy to access location. Someone came by to make sure we could access and had everything we needed. House was as described. Only a suggestion not much cookware available and gas grill was not working properly. However this did not at all ruin our trip. We would definitely rent again.

Family summer wrap up

We found this amazing property on a whim. We knew we wanted to do something fun with our kids and extended family before end of summer and this property exceeded our biggest expectations. Great place to stay at! Only a 7 min walk to the beach and the pool is SO nice. Very calm neighborhood. The rental was very clean and spacious. The food disposal wasn’t working the first night but the second morning we where there it got fixed immediately!! We had a question about the door lock and the customer service agent was very helpful and efficient! 10/10.
