Sandprints E10 is a second-floor, 2-story condo, located in the heart of Miramar Beach. This lovely, 2 bedroom condo features a spacious living and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with new flooring and updates throughout. Sleeping up to 6 guests comfortably, there's a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the guest bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. You'll love being only a short stroll from the beautiful emerald Gulf waters! With parking just steps away from your door, and a gorgeous, centrally located pool, you'll have everything you need to make your vacation relaxing and memorable. Located just a couple blocks from the Miramar Beach access and Pompano Joe’s, you will find Sandprints. This low-rise complex is designed as a horseshoe with the gated pool in the center and is tucked into a beach neighborhood. It boasts a short walk to the beach, along with several restaurants nearby. Each unit features a full kitchen along with a washer/dryer for your convenience. For the budget conscious guest, it is a home run! The complex is also convenient to the Silver Sands Outlets, Destin Commons, Village of Baytowne Wharf and the Grand Boulevard Town Center. Want a break from the beach? You’re just minutes from Big Kahuna's Water Park, The Track Family Fun Center offering go-karts, mini-golf, and bumper boats, electric car and motorcycle rentals, parasailing, scuba diving, boat and jet ski rentals, fishing charters, dolphin cruises, and the nation's #1 designer outlet mall at Silver Sands of Sandestin, just under 3 miles away!

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We really enjoyed our stay. Location: It was an easy walk to the beach and right by the public access. The pool was close. Easy access to the main road and a ton to do in the area. Place- the kitchen was fully stocked, there were even beach chairs, floats and a cooler for the beach. The only downfall to the home was that there isn’t anywhere to put away clothes so you have to live out of your suitcase for the week. Wasn’t a huge deal for us since we were in our swimsuits the whole time but it would be nice to have that. Upstairs was significantly warmer than the main floor but there were fans in the room and even an extra to help. Hosts- Everything was super smooth from check in to check out. All questions were answered very quickly and when I had a small issue at check in they sent someone out immediately and then called to make sure it was taken care of. Overall we had a great time and we would definitely come back to this condo!

We had a great time. Great location, and a great space for the week. Updates looked great. 1 king bedroom and 1 queen bedroom. Sleeper/sofa was out of order, but we didn’t need it.

Loved this condo! It was clean, spacious, and in a great location! Would definitely stay again. However, be prepared to come with or purchase extras (tissue, paper towels, laundry/dish detergent, etc) and your own stuff like coffee for the coffee maker.

Great stay! The condo looked exactly like in the pictures. Place was easy to find and check into. Loved the assigned parking spot! Condo is Centered around many places to eat or food shop, some walking distances, some only a short drive. Dolphin tours/ boat/ jet ski rentals at Harbor Walk is a 20 minute drive. Literally a 3-5 minute walk to the beach! The condo was awesome! Nice and clean! The kitchen was stacked with everything you need to cook! Stainless steel appliances. Modernly renovated with barn doors upstairs in guest restroom and laundry room. Whirlpool washer and dryer to wash so you don’t go home with dirty laundry. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels and wash cloths. Plenty of extra pillows and fans to keep you cool! There were beach chairs and umbrellas in the front closet along with charcoal (if you want to grill). We really enjoyed that because we went to the beach almost everyday during our stay. Highly recommended! Would definitely stay there again!!
