This cozy unit features a spacious living and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with new flooring and updates throughout. Enjoy the views of the pool from your private balcony. Sleeping up to 6 guests comfortably, there's a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the guest bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. You'll love being only a short stroll from the beautiful emerald Gulf waters! With parking just steps away from your door, and a gorgeous, centrally located pool, you'll have everything you need to make your vacation relaxing and memorable. Located just a couple blocks from the Miramar Beach access and Pompano Joe’s, you will find Sandprints. This low-rise complex is designed as a horseshoe with the gated pool in the center and is tucked into a beach neighborhood. It boasts a short walk to the beach, along with several restaurants nearby. Each unit features a full kitchen along with a washer/dryer for your convenience. For the budget-conscious guest, it is a home run! The complex is also convenient to the Silver Sands Outlets, Destin Commons, Village of Baytowne Wharf, and the Grand Boulevard Town Center. Want a break from the beach? You’re just minutes from Big Kahuna's Water Park, The Track Family Fun Center offering go-karts, mini-golf, and bumper boats, electric car and motorcycle rentals, parasailing, scuba diving, boat and jet ski rentals, fishing charters, dolphin cruises, and the nation's #1 designer outlet mall at Silver Sands of Sandestin, just under 3 miles away!

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Book the condo! It’s worth it.

I loved how big it was for our family and the walk to the beach was only about 5 minutes max which was wonderful. The staff also had to swing by to drop off a marker for our parking pass and they were quick to respond. We had absolutely no problems at all. The location was so close to everything. This was our second year booking with RealJoy and we will be back again! I loved everything about this property.

Had a great stay, comfortable overall, walking distance to beach, only issue was floors were dirty, we came in unpacked and got ready for the beach, as my kids ran around during that time their feet became black, I did speak with magment I asked if they could provide some supplies to clean them myself. They offered to send a cleaner but we declined not wanting to have anyone come during our stay.

Only tiny complaint was the neighbors across the street were loud every night even after we went to bed at like 11:30. But besides that, our trip was great. Close walk to the beach, having laundry was nice, space was nice and open, hosts were helpful and instructions for check in and check out were simple! There was even a closet filled with sand toys, beach wagon, umbrellas and boogie boards we could use! Would stay here again!
