Sandprints C12 is a charming two-story, second-floor townhouse nestled in the heart of Miramar Beach, offering the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your coastal getaway. The main level features a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a half bath, and a private balcony—ideal for relaxing after a day in the sun. Upstairs, you’ll find two inviting bedrooms, including a king suite with a Tempur-Pedic topper and a queen bedroom with a plush Tempur-Pedic mattress, each with its own private bathroom and balcony for added comfort and privacy. A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located between the bedrooms, and a sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space. With parking just steps from your door and a beautifully maintained, centrally located pool, Sandprints C12 has everything you need for a relaxing and memorable beach vacation.

Located just a couple of blocks from the Miramar Beach access and Pompano Joe’s, you will find Sandprints. This low-rise complex is designed as a horseshoe with the gated pool in the center and is tucked into a beach neighborhood. It boasts a short walk to the beach, along with several restaurants nearby. Each unit features a full kitchen along with a washer/dryer for your convenience. For the budget-conscious guest, it is a home run! The complex is also convenient to the Silver Sands Outlets, Destin Commons, Village of Baytowne Wharf, and the Grand Boulevard Town Center. You’re just minutes from Big Kahuna's Water Park, The Track Family Fun Center offering go-karts, mini-golf, and bumper boats, electric car and motorcycle rentals, parasailing, scuba diving, boat and jet ski rentals, fishing charters, dolphin cruises, and the nation's #1 designer outlet mall at Silver Sands of Sandestin, just under 3 miles away!

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We had an excellent stay - we even tried staying an extra night but unfortunately our rental was already reserved. The rental was clean, large enough for our family of 6, and in an excellent location! We frequent Florida often and this was my kids favorite trip so far. Only comment is about the ultra soft mattresses but that is a personal preference. Real joy responded quickly to all of our messages and were so helpful with our last minute booking (booked within 24 hours of arrival). Thanks for a great stay! We will be back to check out more real Joy rentals!

The condo was exactly as advertised. It was clean and in a great location. Just a couple minute walk to an unbelievably beautiful beach. The pool was very clean and our kids had so much fun in it. The owners were very nice and answered all of our questions quickly. They also gave us a bunch of recommendations for restaurants to eat at and activities to do. I would definitely rent this condo again.

Great location

The condo is in a great location! Close to restaurants and grocery stores, but even better close to the beach. My family and I packed our little beach wagon and walked to the beach, which only took 3-4 minutes. I loved being able to walk back and forth whenever I wanted to. The pool was very clean and the entire stay was kid friendly/family friendly. The condo was also clean and had everything we needed.

Easter Break '25

We normally go to the FMB area, but wanted something closer. This beach is only 11hrs away from Southern Illinois and doable in a day. Thos duplex had everything we needed and was only a couple blocks away from the beach. The hosts were great at communicating. I'd definitely consider staying again. Family Vacation

We stayed at this property with our 3 young adult children and it was great! The location was perfect and only one block from the beach. The condo complex was quiet and the pool area was clean and nice to swim in. I would stay here again!

Easy access

Coworker and I stayed here for work. About a mile from work and block from beach. Very comfortable and convenient. Beds were comfortable as well. Need throw blankets for living room because upstairs was warm but downstairs was cool. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Cozy condo

We had the best time at this condo. Perfect spot for getting to the beach. There are two public parking lots right across from the beach. You could walk to the beach from this place. We chose to drive each day, which was nice. The hosts were wonderful and readily available if a question came up. We will be back!

Wonderful property

The property was as described. Very clean and welcoming as you enter. The welcome book was a very nice touch as it had all the information you needed for checking in, the dos and dont’s at the property, restaurants nearby, and checking out. The management was also great. They kept in touch and was very quick to respond should you need guidance on anything. Definitely recommended.

Lovely place

Our family of 4 enjoyed the stay. The apartment is spacious, clean, and very close to the beach (2 blocks) & our favorite restaurant, Pompano Joe’s. It faces the very green courtyard with a pool. Our stay was very relaxing and pleasant.

Very nice property!

This property is very nice! The condo is tastefully decorated, and everything was in excellent condition! Thoughfull consideration was given to everything needed for cooking, chairs for the beach, and tv’s in both bedrooms as well as common area downstairs. It also has 2 1/2 bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone! It is in walking distance to the beautiful emerald coast beaches! You won’t regret booking this one!
