Sandprints C10 is a second-floor, 2-story townhouse, located in the heart of Miramar Beach. This cozy unit features a spacious living and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with new flooring and updates throughout. Sleeping up to 6 guests comfortably, there's a queen bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed and twin over twin bunk bed in the guest bedroom. You'll love being only a short stroll from the beautiful emerald Gulf waters! With parking just steps away from your door, and a gorgeous, centrally located pool, you'll have everything you need to make your vacation relaxing and memorable. Located just a couple blocks from the Miramar Beach access and Pompano Joe’s, you will find Sandprints. This low-rise complex is designed as a horseshoe with the gated pool in the center and is tucked into a beach neighborhood. It boasts a short walk to the beach, along with several restaurants nearby. Each unit features a full kitchen along with a washer/dryer for your convenience. For the budget conscious guest, it is a home run! The complex is also convenient to the Silver Sands Outlets, Destin Commons, Village of Baytowne Wharf and the Grand Boulevard Town Center. You’re just minutes from Big Kahuna's Water Park, The Track Family Fun Center offering go-karts, mini-golf, and bumper boats, electric car and motorcycle rentals, parasailing, scuba diving, boat and jet ski rentals, fishing charters, dolphin cruises, and the nation's #1 designer outlet mall at Silver Sands of Sandestin, just under 3 miles away!

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Great stay and better location

We loved our stay. The location was perfect. Short walk to the water and next to Pampano Joes! The beach was very nice! We have 3 kids- 2 are 10/12 and the other turned 1 the week after our trip. The “master” is smaller but we were able to fit our pack n play at the foot of the bed. The second bedroom has bunk beds and an additional bed. Master bath has sliding glass doors with frame and made it hard to bath the baby but we made it work. The downstairs bathroom smelled like smoke - I think it’s the neighbor…. They did start each bathroom with a tiny bar of soap and one roll of tp so make sure to grab all is that. Also they provided small container of dish soap but no sponge to wash dishes or the counter tops so get that also. Plenty of towels under the sinks in the bathrooms. Property management company was very responsive. Loved the text option. There was a sweet journal in the home with entries all the way back to 2012… we added our own. Living space was very comfortable. Wish there had been a few blankets for cool mornings on the porch. No pizza pan or other oven safe pans so used large glass casserole dish. The beach was really nice and there’s a lifeguard chair and parking near the unit. Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed in Sandprints C10 for January and February 2024. This unit is exactly as pictured. It had a well stocked kitchen, was clean and the bed was comfortable. This complex is within walking distance of the beach and Pompano Joe's. The complex was quiet. Thank you for a great 2 months. Andy and Rosanna

Our family of 4 (kids 15 and 9) had a great time at this location. It was easy to get to, walkable to the beach, pool was nice to relax after the beach. The house was clean, plenty of towels, kitchen was well equipped with cooking pans ect. The bedrooms both had balconies which was nice for the views. Kids room had the bunkbeds and its own bathroom! For future guest I would recommend bringing your own beach chairs and pool noodles/ toys. In addition to a small cooler for the drinks at the pool/ beach. Overall, this home was cozy, clean, clutter free, family pictures up was a sweet touch. Great price for the location.

Great place for our family. Very clean and quiet neighborhood. Located about 2 blocks walkable distant to the public beach. Bring a pull
Wagon if you have a lot of beach stuffs to carry. Or drive your car to the beach parking lot to drop off your beach stuffs. If you lucky, you can find a free parking spot. Host was excellent responding to our questions.

Overall we were all happy with our experience! Hated to leave, the bathroom could have used a little more cleaning and garbage disposal had a smell but not anything to bother us enough to make us not want to come back. Host is super responsive when asking questions. Overall we would recommend staying here!

This place is perfect! The pics don’t do it justice! The staff at RealJoy was friendly and responsive. It’s walkable to the beach and all the other necessities are just a short drive. I would love to stay here again!

Super nice! Very clean. It is on the second floor. But you have 2 stories with the bedrooms being upstairs. Its only 2 blocks from the beach. Easy walking distance if you arent carrying a lot. We had a fantastic vacation and look forward to staying here again.

Omg my family LOVED this condo, we didn’t want to leave. It’s literally in the center of everything. Shopping/dining is less than a mile away ! The beach is a block over ! The condo was super clean and had everything we needed for our 5 day stay including pots and pans. Towels. They even had extra fans to use around the house ( my family has to have a fan to sleep)! Check in and out was great as well. We will definitely try to get this place next year when we come down! Thank you !
Oh yea they also have grills near the pool so of course we cooked up a bunch of bbq to last us a few days !
