Welcome to Sandprints B3, a gorgeous, updated 1BR/1BA condo within walking distance to Miramar Beach and Pompano Joe's. Sandprints B3 features a private patio, and a fully equipped kitchen to make this feel like your home away from home. This cozy condo is perfect for a small family retreat! It sleeps 2 comfortably with a Queen bed in the bedroom. Only a short stroll to beautiful emerald Gulf waters, parking steps away from your door, and a gorgeous, centrally located pool, you'll have everything you need to make your vacation at Sandprints B3 relaxing and memorable!

Located just a couple blocks from the Miramar Beach access and Pompano Joe’s, you will find Sandprints. This low-rise complex is designed as a horseshoe with the gated pool in the center and is tucked into a beach neighborhood. It boasts a short walk to the beach, along with several restaurants nearby. Each unit features a full kitchen along with a washer/dryer for your convenience. For the budget conscious guest, it is a home run! The complex is also convenient to the Silver Sands Outlets, Destin Commons, Village of Baytowne Wharf and the Grand Boulevard Town Center. Want a break from the beach? You’re just minutes from Big Kahuna's Water Park, The Track Family Fun Center offering go-karts, mini-golf, and bumper boats, electric car and motorcycle rentals, parasailing, scuba diving, boat and jet ski rentals, fishing charters, dolphin cruises, and the nation's #1 designer outlet mall at Silver Sands of Sandestin, just under 3 miles away!

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Was an amazing place to stay at. Very convenient location; close to everything you need. The walk to the beach was probably no more than 5 minutes. The place itself was super clean. We had one minor issue and they responded so fast with a resolution! Would love to stay with RealJoy properties again!!

Love the location, very close in walking distance to the beach they also provided beach chairs and unbrellas however if you didnt want to carry those things they do provide them on the beach. one of my favorite things about this location is there is a reasturant on the beach less then 5 min away one of my favorite places to visit when im in town. over all the stay was great, airbnb was clean and again in a great spot.

We checked in Thursday night after 11 pm, which wasn’t a problem. The condo felt right at home, very close walk to the beach. The home was very nice and comfy. Check in was easy and everything was convenient. The patio area was nice, i loved the washer & dryer. Overall it was a great place to stay and i would book again.

Cute, clean and remodeled vacation property was a short walk to the beautiful public beach. The condo was well appointed with anything we needed including beach chairs.
