Sandprints B11 is a cozy ground-floor condo at Sandprints, conveniently located within walking distance to Miramar Beach and Pompano Joe's. This condo features a private patio and a fully equipped kitchen, making it feel like your home away from home. With brand-new updated floors and a fresh coat of paint throughout, this beautiful and quaint condo is perfect for a small family retreat. The unit comfortably sleeps 4 people, with a King bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Additionally, you'll have access to a centrally located pool and parking steps away from your door, allowing you to fully enjoy your vacation at Sandprints B11.

Located just a couple blocks from the Miramar Beach access and Pompano Joe’s, you will find Sandprints. This low-rise complex is designed as a horseshoe with the gated pool in the center and is tucked into a beach neighborhood. It boasts a short walk to the beach, along with several restaurants nearby. Each unit features a full kitchen along with a washer/dryer for your convenience. For the budget-conscious guest, it is a home run! The complex is also convenient to the Silver Sands Outlets, Destin Commons, Village of Baytowne Wharf and the Grand Boulevard Town Center. Want a break from the beach? You’re just minutes from Big Kahuna's Water Park, The Track Family Fun Center offering go-karts, mini-golf, and bumper boats, electric car and motorcycle rentals, parasailing, scuba diving, boat and jet ski rentals, fishing charters, dolphin cruises, and the nation's #1 designer outlet mall at Silver Sands of Sandestin, just under 3 miles away!

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

This quaint and cozy condo was the perfect place for my small family to stay during our last minute, short beach trip. The beach is an easy walk, the decor is super cute, condo was clean and stocked with all the neccessities, including 2 beach chairs and a few beach toys. Will definitely return in the future.

We were extremely happy! Very responsive, exceptionally clean and as described in the listing! We absolutely loved having the end unit as it was private and enjoyed sitting on the back patio. Ms. James unit is clean and beautifully furnished and met all of our needs. The King mattress was SO comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking Will definitely stay here again!

It was delightful.

I love how comfortable and quaint this location is. It’s also a very convenient area … so close to the beach and stores. I plan on coming back next month . Stomping from upstairs .. and it was also hard not to get sand everywhere. I did try my best to clean it up lol

Enjoyed our stay hands down a beautiful spot!

Close to the beach and clean! Neighbor upstairs was apparently doing repairs to their apartment. Noisy at night. This is really not something that you could have prevented.

This ground floor unit has been completely remodeled with new appliances and tasteful furnishings. It is a block from the beach, Pompano Joes and several other restaurants which are are easily within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay in this comfortable, clean and convenient location.
