Welcome to Sandprints A12, a 2nd story, 2-level condo located in the heart of Miramar Beach. This cozy 2 bedroom unit is located on the second and third floor of the complex and features a spacious living and dining area as well as a fully equipped kitchen, half bathroom, and balcony on the main level. On the second level (3rd floor), you will find two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. Both bedrooms have private bathrooms; one with a stand-up shower and one with a combination shower/tub. There is also a balcony on this level. The living room has a sleeper sofa for added sleeping space, and there is a washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience. You'll love being only a short stroll from the beautiful emerald Gulf waters! With parking just steps away from your door, and a gorgeous, centrally located pool, you’ll have everything you need to make your vacation relaxing and memorable. Located just a couple blocks from the Miramar Beach access and Pompano Joe’s, you will find Sandprints. This low-rise complex is designed as a horseshoe with a gated pool in the center and is tucked into a beach neighborhood. It boasts a short walk to the beach, along with several restaurants nearby. Each unit features a full kitchen along with a washer/dryer for your convenience. For the budget-conscious guest, it is a home run! The complex is also convenient to the Silver Sands Outlets, Destin Commons, Village of Baytowne Wharf, and the Grand Boulevard Town Center. Want a break from the beach? You’re just minutes from Big Kahuna's Water Park, The Track Family Fun Center offering go-karts, mini-golf, and bumper boats, electric car and motorcycle rentals, parasailing, scuba diving, boat and jet ski rentals, fishing charters, dolphin cruises, and the nation's #1 designer outlet mall at Silver Sands of Sandestin, just under 3 miles away!

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of the permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or another flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Our family of 5 had a great stay in this Condo (myself, husband, kids ages 4, 10, and 13). Location: easy to find, parking is right next to the stairs into the condo, and the condo itself is a 5-10 minute walk away from the public access beach in Miramar (we didn't have to drive to any other beach, the one down the block was perfect!).
The most important thing, is the condo was clean, fully equipped, and just as pictured on the listing. All you have to do is stop by one of the many grocery stores in the area and bring your own food/spices/laundry detergent to enjoy a family vacation at the beach. It's exactly what we wanted for our vacation at a beach house. We spent the entire day at the beach, and enjoyed the evenings cooking and watching TV/movies and winding down for the next day.
It is a very quiet neighborhood despite all the tourism in the area. Thank you for having the entire place clean/spotless upon arrival, it made for a relaxing and fun week!

location was great very close to the beach, having a pool in the community great for after beach fun. the parking lot for this local is the only issue I have with the location. it is hard to get in and out for a large vehicle. other then that this location is great.

Great location and value. A short straight walk to the public beach. Very comfortable beds. Clean unit and very responsive host. Highly recommend.
Condo is just like pictures. It's a little older complex, but we'll maintained. Small things to note, but didn't affect overall experience: Steps to unit are a bit on the steep side. One chair in the living room was a bit dingy. Again, very minor things and not anything to dampen the experience. Highly recommend!

Both the Airbnb and the RealJoy rental company were awesome.
The unit is spacious and looks like the pictures. It's about a block from the public beach access. I'd probs book it again.
RealJoy was very professional. While I was renting, the condo complex was doing some work, closed the walkway outside the Airbnb, and RealJoy moved me to another unit in the complex.

The location is an easy walk to the beach. The condo was clean. The unit cooled properly. For those of us that like to have the sound of a fan on while sleeping, they have oscillating fans in the closets of each room. The kitchen had the basics for cooking. They also had a variety of coffee makers, electric griddle, toaster, hand mixer, microwave, and a blender. The washer and dryer worked well. Overall, I would stay there again.

Destin Getaway

Overall it was a good location. Great walking distance to the beach and various restaurants near by. The place was newly renovated. Very clean and great decor. It had many amenities; community pool, grill, and your own balcony. The only thing that was a downside was the parking, very limited space especially if you’re driving a truck. Other than that I would recommend!

One of the best maintained we’ve seen.

2 couples from Iowa looking for some vitamin D therapy. This place was nearly perfect. The only thing that would make it better is if it was ground floor but that’s just because we over packed and our suitcases were heavy. Lol. The place is well decorated. Plenty of space. Short walk to the beach. We loved our stay. Would definitely stay here again. One negative is there were no beach chairs or umbrellas. Not a deal breaker for us though. We use VRBO for all our vacations and this place is probably the most well maintained that we’ve seen. No worn paint, no broken stuff, everything worked. Loved the keyless entry.
