Located just a block from the Miramar Beach access and Pompano Joe’s, you will find Sandprints. This low-rise complex is designed as a horseshoe with a gated pool in the center and is tucked into a beach neighborhood. It boasts a short walk to the beach and several restaurants nearby. Each unit features a full kitchen along with a washer/dryer for your convenience. For the budget-conscious guest, it is a home run! The complex is also convenient to the Silver Sands Outlets, Destin Commons, Village of Baytowne Wharf, and the Grand Boulevard Town Center. Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants.
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef, Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of the permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or another flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

This one-bedroom, one-bath condo was perfect for my husband and me ( condo sleeps 4. It has a sofabed. It was in a perfect location and a 5-minute walk to the beach. I recommend you walk there due to the limited parking at the beach. There were a lot of restaurants, 5 to 15 minutes drive from the condo. Host was great as well. We really enjoyed our stay. Home was well kept and clean. Not the easiest to find and I wish the back door had the key code vs the front as parking is in the back. We love that they provided a lot (some beach supply, towels, cleaning items, etc). Close to the beach!!

We had a great stay at this spot! Very cozy, all amenities were in great working order and most importantly we were a 3 minute walk from the beach! RealJoy’s customer service was wonderful and very personable to deal with on the rare occasion we had to reach out. The only complaint we had was the neighbors above us were often very heavy footed throughout the day but that is not the host’s fault at all. All in all it was an amazing stay and we would definitely recommend to others. We’ll definitely be looking to stay again next year.- Reviewed On: 6/23/2025

Overall, we loved the unit and highly recommend.
The unit was very clean, and easy to find. Very comfortable, and the kitchen was nicely equipped, although we didn’t cook much this trip. We certainly recommend and hope to stay here again. I didn’t get the door code and had to call, but the person who answered was quick to help. I did find the old iron either needs a good cleaning or to be replaced as iron deposits came out and got on my shirt, but it wasn’t ruined. The tub spout needs something to as the shower head wasn’t strong because water was coming out of the spout too the whole time we showered.- Reviewed On: 3/25/2025
