Sandpiper Cove is a 43 acre gated resort located on exclusive Holiday Isle in Destin, Florida, which is a peninsula surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor. This expansive resort offers amazing amenities including private beach access, five swimming pools, three hot tubs, six lighted tennis courts, horse shoes, plus a 9-hole par 3 golf course. Additionally, the resort includes a beach pavilion that serves food and beverages, BBQ grills onsite, and Louisiana Lagniappe restaurant.

If you haven't been to Holiday Isle, you're in for a treat. It's a serene, little oasis in the middle of Destin, with 2 and a half miles of paved trails for walking and biking, surrounded by quiet neighborhoods perfect for exploring on a bike. It's just minutes away from restaurants, shopping, boat docks, fishing, golf, and amusements.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

We had a wonderful stay in the Destin condo hosted by Real Joy. Communication before, during and after our stay was helpful and welcomed. I spoke with someone on the phone before booking our stay and she was insightful and kind. The condo was very clean and was supplied well with what we needed and the location was amazing. We brought our jet ski and was able to venture out to Crab Island during our stay. The area was also nice. I highly recommend Real Joy and will be booking with them again. They were very hospitable making sure our stay was perfect.

Beautiful week getaway, in the sunshine state

The condo! Absolutely gorgeous, I could not ask for a better place to call home for a week. Clean, just beautiful and updated inside. Loved!!! The beach access was very easy to get to, loved the chairs we rented and spot we got. It was just a perfect week all together. The swimming pool by our condo. Guests did not follow rules, I love laying out by the pool. It's not a good time when others disrespect the area. So, being there for a week, I went to the pool twice

My stay was great, and I would stay there again.

I love that everything was near our stay however, i wished I would have known we was up some steps. I would have requested something ground level with my arthritis The curtain was nasty and I didn't like not knowing about the steps

Will definitely return

This property was well-appointed with modern furniture and appliances. The beds are comfortable. The property is close to the beach, and the pools were perfect for the kid. There are tons of restaurants and activities nearby. The property management, RealJoy, was very communicative and provided clear instructions on both check-in and check-out procedures. We usually stay at Sandestin Golf and Beach resort, but we'll be checking on the availability of this unit from now on.

One of the best locations in SPC

My wife and I had yet to stay on the canal side of SPC as we always liked being near or on the golf course to watch the people play. This has the best of both worlds! Super clean, and very updated. The only thing we would mention is that it lacked a sort of personal touch that comes with an individual owner such as beach chairs, cooler, pickle ball paddles, or a few golf clubs. If you are flying in, just remember that you would need to bring those or rent those somehow. Otherwise I would highly recommend it and we would definitely stay here again.
