Clean close to everything comfortable Could use a garbage can in the bathroom. Could use a mat or stickers on the bathtub and maybe a handicap rail or handle.

This unit is located on the back portion of the property. The pictures and descriptions are accurate. The unit was very clean and comfortable. It was quiet and beautiful. The beach area was across the street, but not hard to get to. The deck was very nice for a morning cup of coffee and to watch the sun come up. We will put this in our favorites.

Our stay here was great! The location is amazing and I loved the private aspect of the gated community.
As soon as we got in I started to unpack, sat on the bed and it broke! I'm a chubby 180lbs but I've never broken a bed! I reached out to the host and they had someone there the next morning to fix it.
The host was very responsive when we encountered problems, which were only a minor wifi issue and the bed.
The unit is in the very back of the property. It was a little bit too far for us to walk with a heavy cooler and beach gear, however driving was so easy because the private beach access has plenty of parking!
The kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need to cook. There's even a Keurig machine with a reusable cup so you can bring your own coffee. However there were no spices or salt.
The porch gets full morning sun and its nice to sit and watch everyone playing golf.
There were multiple outlets that didn't work which was annoying but that was a minor inconvenience.

**Great Condo – Just a Bit Farther from the Beach Than Expected**
We loved our stay here! The condo was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. It felt just like home, but with better weather and a beach vibe. The bed was comfy, the kitchen was equipped for basic cooking, and we really enjoyed being so close to so many attractions. Big plus was the pool being so close to the back door.
The only small downside was the walk to the beach—it was a bit longer than we thought from the listing. Not a huge deal, but definitely something to keep in mind if you’re carrying a lot of stuff or have little kids. A wagon was a must for us!
All in all, it was a great spot and we’d totally come back!

Property was very clean and well maintained. Very quiet and no loud noise distractions. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Lack of additional parking is only possible negative comment I have. During my stay I was forced to park a couple of buildings away from where my condo was located.

Our Destin Trip was great. Room was perfect for us. Nice and clean with king size bed. Condominium is in a great location. Room is on a golf coarse. Pool was near by. Had a nice front and back porch. This units is located in the very back of the condominium. It's a nice walk to the beach. Beach access was really nice with showers and chair rentals. We took our own chairs and wagon which worked out well.

Nice place to stay. Clean. Everything was as stated on the website. It was at the far end of the complex so to get to the beach we had to drive to the other side and park and then walk from there (my wife has mobility issues).

Clean updated perfect location for beach pool golf and dining! Need a bath mat maybe in the tub and probably would be a good idea to put up a hand rail in the shower. Need more toilet paper and garbage bags. Would like to see more area rugs or runners, but other than that place was wonderful!

We were overall very happy with our stay at this condo. The property is well maintained and secure. It is pet friendly and my dog enjoyed tagging along with us. I appreciated the over communication from management in regards to check in and how to get a hold of them if we needed anything. For the price it is a GREAT rental. The location in Destin was ideal, the private beach was great, the pools/hot tub are well maintained, and we had a great vacation with the help of this condo. The only advise I would give to future renters here is bring your own bedding, it did not take from the experience but it is the one thing I would do differently if I were to go back.

Check in at the gate was super easy. Code access to the unit was super easy. The unit appeared to be recently updated/detailed with perfect paint, new or newer appliances, nice furnishings, and good dinnerware and cooking utensils for the meals where you may want to cook in. Our unit was a bit of a hike to the beach, but there is access to private vehicle parking at the beach so not a real problem. Very nice beach area. The pools were well maintained and it felt like any unit had pretty easy access to one of the 5 options. The short pitch and put golf course winding through the complex was a neat option for the person confident enough in their short game to ignore the many windows! We had 2 maintenance issues come up that were addressed and fixed quickly. We will definitely consider this complex for another trip.

Great little spot, close to all of the activity and restaurants in Destin. Right across the street from the beach! The pool was 15 feet from our back door!
