We enjoyed our stay at T8. The house was clean & nicely decorated. The location is so close to the beach access, the walk was no sweat. We arrived an hour early (We didnt think about the time zone change) and the representative from RealJoy was very helpful getting us into the unit. We enjoyed the closeness of all the restaurants along Front Beach Rd. With that said, I would likely book here again and refer my friends & family. I do suggest more minimal things were readily available, such as trash bags for the kitchen can. Or a garden hose to rinse our beach chairs. And he was very nice, but I did think it was unprofessional that the neighbor (he claimed to be the property manager) came to blow the back porch leaves while we were sitting outside. I didnt decline his offer, it needed to be done, but if you're managing a property you should probably do so before guests arrive. Again, he was nice but it caught us off guard & scared us at first because that wooden gate was hard for him to open so he was barreling his way onto the patio. Im sure the outdoor camera will have the footage. Regardless, I enjoyed the house & booking with RealJoy.

I’m sorry the neighbor/property manager’s visit to blow leaves while you were on the patio felt intrusive; that should have been completed before your stay. We’ll remind our team and our neighbor to schedule exterior maintenance outside guest hours, ensure the gate operates properly, and always coordinate any visits with guests in advance.
