A relaxing, beautiful beach condo!

Everything was perfect! The partial view, the quick walk to the beach, the comfortable beds, the washer and dryer was a big bonus!! Super clean! Staff were very helpful. Plenty of kitchen supplies to cook with, plenty of room for our little family, lots to do nearby. It couldn’t have been more perfect! Nothing!

Our stay was great

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The apartment was clean, had everything we needed to be able to prepare quick and simple meals, the pool was clean. This apartment is on the 3rd floor so it might be difficult to get to for people with disabilities and parking spaces were tight but it was quiet, in a location away from all the action but still close enough to get to them without wasting to much time on the road. We will definitely book again next time we come down to PCB

Condo was great. There really aren't big flaws except that it was warm in the room no matter how low the thermostat was set. Even at 70 degrees it feel like it struggled to cool off, probably because it is a top floor room. Pool is great, entire condo was clean and well maintained. Only thing that was worrisome was that when I tried to do the check out in the reservation portal, there was no option that I could find for checkout. A quick email and call and all was settled with no issue. We would definitely use this spot again, just a bottom room this time.

I loved the location because it was such a short walk from the beach and many good restaurants. The property was very clean inside and out. I didn’t like how far away the dumpster is. It took us awhile to find it and it seems to be a part of a different property all together. That being said, this was just a very small issue to our wonderful stay!

Great place to stay

Enjoyed staying there for over a week, the only issue was there were ants in the bedroom but they came out and took care of the ants for us the next day. Highly Recommend great place to stay.

The property was just as advertised and fit our family of 6 perfectly! Balcony has a wonderful view of the Gulf for a property across the street from the beach. Real Joy properties has incredible customer service! We have lived in Panama City Beach and we have vacationed there for years. By far the best customer service that we have EVER experienced! Would definitely rent another property from this company!

Cute lil place!! Ran into some people on the board of the condominium and they were super sweet and helped us out! There is a beach access close by across the street! Was able to walk to winn-dixie to grab any last minute things we needed!
