We’ve previously stayed in Seagrove. However, We love this location. 3 mins away from only local grocery store. The neighborhood is peaceful and beautifully kept. The community pool was very kid friendly. If you’re not willing to pay the price to stay directly on the beach and want a nice, spacious new home with two living areas, two primary bedrooms, and two porches - this is an excellent choice.- Reviewed On: 7/17/2025

The house was great! In a quiet neighborhood that was close to the supermarket and restaurants. We ended up driving to the beach in our car, and it is a pain to park in the small lot by the beach. The house was exactly as described and fit our extended family perfectly. We loved having the upstairs seating area for the kids to hang out if they wanted time away from the adults. We loved riding our bikes around the neighborhood and to the pool. The bigger pool and hot tub were not heated, so we ended up using the lap pool to swim. RealJoy was very responsive to every question we had and were so easy to communicate with! It was our first time in 30A and we will definitely be back!- Reviewed On: 4/19/2025

We had an incredible stay on our 3 generation Spring Break at this property. We love the beautiful house and the community pools (one heated) and pickleball courts and the family friendly neighborhood.
The golf cart was such a fun way to get everywhere we needed including the grocery store 8 minutes away. The bikes allowed us to take the fun secret forest passage through another small neighborhood in 1 1/2 mile to get to the gorgeous beach. The property was so quick and helpful to reply to any questions within a very short timeframe.
