Sago Sands is a luxury condominium perched on a bluff, overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, with breathtaking views of peaceful sunrises and romantic sunsets. Enjoy a cool and refreshing dip in the community pool located on the north side of the complex. Only 8 units keep it quiet and private. This Gulf-front development provides community grills for guest use. For added convenience, the building has an elevator. Located along scenic Highway 30A, in the heart of Seagrove Beach, between famous Seaside and Rosemary Beach. The 19-mile paved bike/walk path that parallels the entire length of Hwy. 30A is conveniently located in front of the complex.

Seaside is a fantastic destination, most widely known for being featured in The Truman Show with Jim Carrey.  It's incredible architecture has helped to make it famous, but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office, Repertory Theater, and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and the incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous.  There are activities for everyone: kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here. 

30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17-mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous. There are activities for everyone: kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Great Exeprience

The Sago Sands 301 Condo is clean, updated, and in great condition. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were perfect for our family of 5 and everyone was comfortable. The only small items were that the elevator was under maintenance the entire week so lugging the cooler down to the beach was a bit more work, but that's okay. And the dryer is not working properly and we had to re-run it 3 times for each load to get dry. I suspect the exhaust outlet hasn't been cleaned in some time so the dryer wasn't properly venting.

Updated and Clean.

Great updated condo. Condo was clean, bright, well stocked, and close to both Seaside and Rosemary Beach. Best feature was that it’s part of a small condo complex so the beach out front wasn’t overly crowded.

Saving Grace!!

It was absolutely fantastic! Ange & Shelly were two of the kindest ladies with Harmony who honestly were our saving grace in a not so great situation with a previous rental company. We were introduced to them & needed last minute reservations & wow.. we were treated like family. I can’t thank them enough!!

Fall Break Getaway

The property was exceptionally clean and spacious, creating a comfortable environment. Its ideal location added convenience, and the property management team was cooperative and accommodating. However, it would be beneficial for them to consider adding pot holders for added convenience and safety in the kitchen. We were highly satisfied with our experience and would definitely consider staying at the property again in the future.

Beautiful condo with a gorgeous ocean view

We absolutely loved our time in Sago Sands 301! When we rented it we didn't know it was being renovated, so it was a nice surprise when we got there! It's a beautiful condo! The view of the ocean is amazing! We sat on the large balcony every chance we could, and enjoyed the ocean view from inside as well. There are 2 designated parking spots for you so parking was never a problem. The elevator is right outside your door, and we never had to wait for it as there's only 8 units in the whole place. Once you get off the elevator on the first floor, you walk around the side of the condo, down some stairs to the beach. Probably takes you 2 minutes. The condo was very spacious with lots of room for the 6 of us. The living room is so big, with a nice tv, and we loved having 2 full sofas. The master is huge with a big bathroom and closet, and the bedroom with the twin beds is very big as well with a nice bathroom. The third bedroom is a lot smaller, with not a lot of space to put your stuff. If the bed were not angled I think it would be better. But don't let that keep you from staying there. The beds were very comfortable too! We loved biking & walking to all the shops and restaurants. I would not recommend renting from Butterfly Bikes across the street. They rented us an unsafe golf cart for the week, and after going back twice to have them fix it, and only being able to use it about 3 times all week due to this, they would not give us any money back. Just not good customer service when you're paying them for a golf cart that is supposed to be safe and working properly. The only downside to this condo would be that it needs curtains in the bedrooms. It has blinds, but the sun is super bright in the mornings, and the light outside the room by the elevator shines in at night. We ended up putting trash bags in the windows, but thankfully that's an easy fix for the owners. All-in-all, we will definitely stay here again! Can't wait to go back!

A great place!

I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect when I saw other reviews of this place. But I was extremely pleased with the condo and location. The condo is very clean, much larger than it looks in the picture, the beds were extremely comfortable, and when an issue arose the property management group was very helpful. I couldn’t recommend this place more and will definitely go back and visit.

We love the location! I’ve stayed in this unit for the last 4 years! Twice this year. It could use more lighting in bedrooms and living room. But overall we enjoy it. Peggy Sparks

Amazing!!!!

This is the perfect location, and the property was spotless. It had everything we needed and much larger than the photos appear. The large wrap-around balcony was great. We loved having our coffee on the balcony watching the waves! So relaxing.
