Set in a truly unique location overlooking Oyster Lake, one of the rare coastal dune lakes found in only a few places in the world, Rising Tide provides a peaceful and picturesque setting. As you arrive, the driveway crosses a charming bridge that leads to this enchanting lakeside home. Just minutes from convenient beach access, you can easily spend your days enjoying the sugar-white sands and emerald waters before returning to your private oasis. The outdoor space is designed for relaxation and fun, featuring a private swimming pool, a bubbling hot tub, and a spacious sun patio overlooking the lake—perfect for soaking in the views, enjoying morning coffee, or unwinding after a day at the beach.

Inside, the home’s open living and dining area welcomes you with a partially vaulted ceiling and beach-washed vinyl plank flooring that enhances the light, airy coastal feel. The living room features a comfortable white leather sofa and loveseat surrounding an oval cocktail table and facing a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV, creating a cozy space for movie nights or relaxing after a day in the sun. The dining area offers a rustic cottage-style hardwood table with six charming crisscross-back chairs, giving the space a warm and inviting beachy vibe. The well-appointed kitchen is perfect for preparing family meals, featuring brushed stainless-steel appliances, honey-toned custom cabinetry, and beautiful, brown-streaked granite countertops.

The bright and inviting primary bedroom offers contemporary coastal décor with a plush king-size bed and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV for relaxing evenings. French doors framed by side windows open to the balcony, where you can catch glimpses of the shimmering Gulf in the distance. The ensuite bathroom includes a convenient tub-and-shower combination. Two additional guest bedrooms also feature comfortable king-size beds, while the fourth bedroom is perfect for younger guests with two twin bunk beds. Each bedroom includes its own wall-mounted flatscreen TV for added comfort and entertainment. A second full hall bathroom with a tub-shower combination serves the guest rooms and common areas.

All living spaces are located on the second floor, accessed by stairs from the first-floor entry.

Area Attractions:
This is a fantastic location with Gulf Place Town Center only 2 miles to the West and Watercolor, Grayton Beach, Seaside, Seacrest, and Rosemary Beach just minutes away to the East. Biking is a great activity to enjoy as the scenic bike path meanders along 30A.  Bike over to Blue Mountain Beach Creamery for some homemade scoops that will have your taste buds coming back!

30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17-mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous. There are activities for everyone: kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, and tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
