When we reach 70% (+) occupancy, then renters will be issued ONE pass for the inside lot regardless of occupancy of the condo. All additional vehicles will be charged $40 per vehicle, Credit/Debit Card only, No Cash, and will receive an OVERFLOW parking pass and will be required to park in the overflow lot directly across from the complex. Parking passes must be hung on the rearview mirror and must be visible at all times. *

Most of all it was an amazing experience outside of the dirty things I seen. I eventually just made it work and cleaned
I liked the view and the space I loved it actually. I didn’t like the dirty areas, there were animal feces underneath a twin bed. The filter in the dryer was so thick and 1 of the beds had a stain on it as well ass the dishes were not clean.- Posted: 5/11/2025

We had an awesome time and would definitely book through you again.
The location was perfect. The beach was awesome. There was a lot of damage to the unit when we checked in, nothing that hindered us from enjoying our stay but I do believe it needs to be attended to.- Posted: 3/18/2021

Fall trip
We love PCB this time of year. This was our first time staying at Regency Towers. We booked last minute so there wasn’t much available. The condo was fine, could use some updating, but overall was great. Regency towers had a few issues, such as elevator outages, power outages, pool closure (temporarily), which I guess is to be expected in such a large complex. There was no issue with the rental company. Overall a good trip! Great location as well- Posted: 10/25/2020
