This beautifully remodeled two-bedroom, two-bath condo features a bright, open-concept layout with stylish updates throughout, including new furnishings, fresh paint, upgraded vanities, modern lighting, granite countertops, and luxury vinyl plank flooring. The inviting living room is the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach, complete with a comfortable sleeper sofa and stunning views of the emerald waters just beyond your private balcony—an ideal spot for morning coffee or relaxing with a good book. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for easy meal prep, with bar seating for casual bites and a dining table for six, plus the option to dine al fresco on the balcony. The master suite is a peaceful escape with a king bed, soothing coastal décor, private balcony access, and an en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and double vanity. The guest bedroom includes two twin beds and is conveniently located near a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and updated vanity. A full-size washer and dryer add extra convenience, making this condo as functional as it is beautiful. With its unbeatable beachfront setting and thoughtful upgrades throughout, Peace of Emerald is the perfect place to relax, recharge, and enjoy everything you love about the Gulf Coast.

Ramsgate Harbour is a three-story, 66-unit complex, with 550 feet of the most beautiful white sand beaches just off the balconies of the complex. Ramsgate Harbour is ideally located away from the high-rise condos and Spring Break crowd, but close to some of Florida’s finest restaurants, shopping, and other entertainment options. Bayou Bill’s is right across the street, or head east down the beach and try Boar's Head, Pineapple Willy’s, Captain Anderson’s, or Pier 77. Go West toward Seaside to the Beaches of South Walton (Highway 30A) and choose from Shades, Terrace Restaurant, Bud and Alleys, or The Red Bar. For a taste of “Old Florida”, you have to try Dusty's or Thomas Donuts. For the kids, don’t miss Shipwreck Island Water Park, Wonder Works, or Zooworld. For your convenience, Publix, Winn-Dixie, and CVS are within walking distance.

A trip to Shell Island is another fun family adventure. Take a ferry or rent a boat. Interested in outdoor adventures? Stop by St. Andrews State Park, visit the Jetties, and snorkel your way through the clear waters where you can interact with fish and beautiful ocean life!

Rosemary Beach is only 3.5 miles away, with shops and restaurants, including the Old-World style town center w/coffee shop, bike and surf rentals, and unique shops. Check out the open-air markets on the weekends.

If you're looking for great shopping and fabulous eateries, nearby Pier Park will fit the bill! Everything was perfect. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed to be comfortable. It is right on the beach with great balcony views, especially from the primary bedroom. Having daily beach service was amazing. The location couldn’t be better-quiet and close to everything you need. We’ve stayed in many condos and homes in the 30A area over the past 20 years and this was one of our favorites!

We loved out stay here! Had to book last minute due to an unexpected change in plans, but we were able to book easily. The host communicated well and quickly! The condo was very nice - had two balconies that looked over the pool/beach. There was no elevator, but we enjoyed the exercise :) and it was only a couple flights of stairs. We had a covered parking space and walked a short distance out to the beach. There is a great restaurant right across the street! Carillon beach was beautiful and peaceful. Not crowded like PCB or Destin. Would highly recommend this place to others!

Tournament Weekend

We had a great stay at the condo. We were out of the hustle and bustle of the city, but close enough to drive to restaurants and grocery stores. The beach was beautiful. Communicating with the property managers was great. Excellent customer service and quick responses. We will definitely book for next year‘s Soccer tournament.

Great stay for fall break

Fall break vacation with family

Property was nice and remodeled. The beach was nice and not crowded. We went for fall break and the weather was perfect. Appreciated the free chair service but the chairs were so far back from the water we really didn’t make use of them.

We had a great family beach vacation in this place. Quiet location, clean and well equipped condo and the beds were very comfortable. Only recommendation is to add blackout curtains in the guest bedroom to block out street lights and sounds/sun for kiddos :) Thanks for helping us have a great trip!
