I stayed at this property for 3 nights and really enjoyed it. The private beach is right outside your living room down the boardwalk steps and is a huge plus. Internet access is adequate although the network performance when trying to stream to the tv or Roku was slow , otherwise it was fine. Parking is easy and the location is close to a lot of the local attractions. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, thank you.

We have stayed at Ramsgate many times over the past five years. The rental company is terrific. They don't leave anything to chance. If there is a minor problem it is immediately fixed. The location is the best on 30A and it is a value for the money. We won't stay anywhere else.

I would give this one bedroom condominium an overall rating of 9 out of 10. It is oceanfront. You literally walk out the door and down the walkway to the beach. We absolutely love the location!!! We have been coming to the area for about 30 years now and this is by far our favorite spot for two people. Only nine units total in the complex, so it is very quiet. We visited mid June this year, and the beach was not crowded at all. If I was being very picky, I would recommend some new pans, a cookie sheet and a new mattress. The management company Harmony was very attentive to our needs and very accommodating. Quick to answer questions. We will definitely be back!!

We had a great time during our stay. The condo was clean and had a beautiful view from kitchen and living area. Very convenient being on ground level but not a lot of privacy when sitting outside. The beach was not crowded.

Great location and exactly what my daughter and I were looking for. A quiet place where we could hear the waves from our living room. One morning we woke up to a double rainbow right in front of our place and in the evenings, we walked the quiet beach. There were many things to do in the nearby area which were quaint, for example, Rosemary Beach area and so much more to explore the next time we come. Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful condo!

I consider this place the perfect location to experience the Gulf of Mexico! The private beach is beautiful and clean! You have 30A and Panama City for shopping and eating! After staying there on numerous trips October is hands down my favorite time of the year! The water is amazing clean and clear! Sea life is very visible on walks along the beach shore! Very cool place to relax and enjoy the beach and sunshine! 1 out of ten- a 10 plus!

We had a wonderful stay at Ramsgate #2. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated and fully equipped with all that we needed. The staff at Harmony Beach Vacations was very attentive. We had an issue with the small under the counter fridge in the kitchen. I texted and got a response with a solution immediately. On our last night, our keypad wasn’t working- it was late, but again we got an immediate response and solution. I cannot say enough about how friendly and efficient the staff was from booking to check out and in between. This location was absolutely perfect for our needs. We stepped out to the patio and right on to the deck that leads to the beach. The bed was comfy, the shower was AMAZING and furnishings all very comfortable. One of the kitchen stools needs the screws tightened up. There is construction going on next door that we were not aware of - very loud construction. The dishes and decor rattled and there was absolutely no napping during the heat of the day with the noise going on next door. That is the only negative thing we experienced. Looking forward to visiting again!

Our stay at Ramsgate 2 was perfect. The condo was clean, completely updated and furnished everything we could want. The location within the complex was bottom floor/center unit with the best view of ocean. The covered patio was the perfect place to rest and relax after a hard day at the beach! The complex only has 9 units so there was never a feeling of too many people around. Harmony House was great to work with and was extremely fast in getting back to our texts/questions. We highly recommend this unit, i we will definitely be back!

Always enjoy my stay at Ramsgate #2, everything ready.This time the only suggestion matress (bed), need to be change, too much noise. Everything else Perfect, BTW notice is a new fridge, thanks the other one under the counter is too small.

A smooth and beautiful vacation experience. Condo was beautiful and very comfortable for the two of us. The area was quiet but well suited for adults and young families. Only a few restaurants and they are on route 30 out of the way of the traffic on 1A. If you wanted action a drive to Panama City or Destin was only a 30 min ride away. Rosemary Beach was beautiful and the water emerald green. Just a beautiful experience.

Great accommodation with a great view of the water (not the beach). Location is wonderful if you are looking to get away, i.e., bike or car ride, not a short walk, to any restaurants, stores, etc. As a result, beachfront was very accessible everyday. COVID related check out time of 9:00a.m. needs pushed back to at least 10:00 a.m. Other units in the same building had a 10:00 check-out.

We’ve stayed here numerous times and unit 2 is the best. The overall stay was very nice. The unit was clean and welcoming. The mattress was comfortable however the box spring literally sounded like cans being smashed with the least amount of movement so the nights were very unpleasant. I would strongly suggest the owner address that ASAP. The dryer belt squealed pretty bad, but tolerable. Aside from those details which could be easily remedied i wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying here. I’ve already booked for next year. The staff of Harmony Beach is super accommodating and very responsive. Don’t waste your hard earned money with VRBO..!!

The condo was perfect for my husband & myself. The location is a 10!! Can’t get any closer to the beach!! Only wished that the condo had beach chairs to take down to the sand. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals (or not). The bathroom had enough towels for 2, even supplied you with starter soap, shampoo & conditioner. Connie with the management company was very attentive, responsive and helpful.CONS- The blinds in living room have water stains, the sofa and seat covers have stains and looked dirty, could use a wash. The unit has a smell we couldn’t figure out but got used to (unit has an order filter machine)Otherwise, the unit is perfect for a couple to get away to INE of the most pleasant places on earth. Looking forward to returning soon!

Ramsgate 2 an outstanding rental, up to date appliances and new decor. Only problem, the walkway to the beach has a single step that needs to be marked with yellow tape to prevent a fall!

My daughter and I had a very nice, relaxing time staying at Ramsgate 2. We loved being able to walk out our door, across the boardwalk and right to the beach in a matter of seconds. The beach wasn't crowded, which was perfect, being that this was the beginning of "social distancing." It was easy to social distance here. We got take-out dinners every night and ate on the beach or on the patio. This is a small condo, but all that 2 people really need. It was comfortable and clean, and we'd definitely stay here again if we need a place for just two people. We rented bikes and enjoyed riding to Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. The condo is in a great location and easy to get to the restaurants we enjoy in the area. The rental company provided great customer service.

Our stay was marvelous as it is our all time favorite rental. We were very disappointed in that the owner is no longer interested in monthly rentals as we would most likely come back every year. I have never stayed in place that was right on the beach meaning I could open up our door and walk straight out to the beach over the short boardwalk. It was perfect and so convenient to be able to do that. I'm also kind of a snob about decor and this condo was beautiful (not cheesy decor, just clean beachy feel with linens and white). Updated bathrooms and kitchen were divine. It's also super close to George's and a quick (like minutes) drive to Rosemary.

The cutest little condo in a perfect location! The ONLY negative in our week stay was an issue with the cold water. The cold water in the kitchen barely worked and the cold water in the washing machine didn't work at all. Other than that, a perfect vacation!

The PERFECT spot on 30A the other vacationers in the complex were respectful and friendly. The beach was magical and down the stairs plus not crowded. On Saturday morning the Farmer Market is the perfect adventure for fresh vegetables and bakery. THIS IS A MUST DO AGAIN! Ramsgate #2 🏆

Great anniversary getaway! Right on the beach, secluded yet close to shops and restaurants on 30 A. Alys Beach and The Hub are both very close with lots of activities, dining, and shopping. The condo is beautifully furnished, it looks like it's brand-new!

We loved this condo! We've been going to 30a for years & this spot of beach is so private & perfect. The condo is decorated beautifully & very well kept. We also appreciated the rental company's touches in making us feel welcomed- a bottle of wine & extra beach towels. My only complaint would be that the refrigerator is TINY- like smaller than a dorm room fridge- be careful not to buy too many groceries. Overall we loved it here!

Location is as wonderful as the pictures suggest, very clean and only a short drive to plenty of restraints and shops. Beach was not overly crowded for what you would expect for peak season, very clean and fairly private. Condo is small but has everything you need and is perfect for a small family! Very impressed with the quality of service from harmony beach vacations, we will definitely be back!
