My husband and I had a wonderful time at this condo. It was clean, nicely decorated, had everything we needed and a very comfortable bed! A new washer and dryer would be nice but they are usable and a perk for any rental. It was quiet here and we felt secure. We had about a 7 minute drive to Publix and some good restaurants.
Many beaches along 30A are private therefore finding parking and a beach spot can be difficult however this condo is on a private beach with easy access from your back door using stairs. The private beach is uncrowded and beautiful! RealJoy uses a company for renting beach chairs and umbrellas if needed, however if you want to use your own that is no problem and you'll find a great place on the beach. There is a shower to get the sand off before going inside which we really appreciated. RealJoy was super responsive when we needed anything! We would definitely stay again. 😊

we stayed here for a week and had a great time. The condo had everything we needed and steps from the beach. Great location to restaurants, coffee shops, Publix, etc. This doesn’t change my satisfaction at all, I just want to let someone know, several light bulbs are burnt out. 2 recessed lights in the kitchen, one would come on and off, and the light on the back patio.

It was absolutely perfect except they need a new washer and dryer. It is absolutely beautifully decorated and the location is perfect- just right on the beach. Beautiful sunrise and sunset daily. I would recommend it to anyone and plan to return next year.

We had a small issue when we first arrived with the code , we were given the wrong one ,but we got that corrected quickly. We were told the AC unit was not working, but they put a portable unit and some fans in until it could be fixed , it worked well . We had a wonderful Stay . The beach was so close and the condo was great .they had chairs for the beach . It was perfect for the 2 of us .

We loved our stay at this beach front property. The location was amazing with onsite parking. We had beach chairs set up and bikes delivered. Able to bike to the big chill and alys/ Rosemary. The rental was nicely updated. I would recommend cleaning or replacing the clip covers on the chairs and couch but overall it was very lovely. I would stay again.

We had a great stay at this property. The condo is small but perfect for two people. It was clean and well-stocked. The pictures are accurate. The beach was our backyard, and even though it was the middle of July, it did not seem crowded. (We went to Destin for a few days after we left 30A, and THAT was congested)We loved the 30A area. Alys Beach is literally down the street, along with so many delicious places to eat. Our host answered our questions immediately, and they were very accommodating. I would strongly recommend this property, and we will be back!

Everything was amazing! This was my first time to the gulf side and I couldn't have asked for better. The condo was extremely clean and had everything I needed and I loved the proximity to the beach. My last night there I got to experience the South Walton Craft Beer & Spirits Jam! Highly recommend! I hated to leave this bit of paradise I found!!

We had a wonderful week staying in this villa. Although small it was very clean and nicely remodeled. Very close to a beautiful, private beach with a view and only a 5-10 drive to restaurants and shops at Rosemary Beach and Seaside.

We return yearly, it suits our needs perfectly. One bedroom recently remodeled , ground floor, on the beach. The beach area is not crowded. We love it and will return at least once a year.

We flew to New Orleans from our home in Seattle. We drove to the Beach getaway and it was a great time. The unit is really nice. The beach is beautiful and the area is cute and quaint. We really enjoyed out stay.

Condo was decorated very nicely and the bed was very comfortable. Kitchen had all the essentials but some items needed to be replenished (silverware). Management company personnel were very helpful and easily accessible. My only problem was that I am very low tech and could not get the television in the bedroom to work; however, my main reason in vacationing this time of the year is to walk the beach and read books - so no biggie. Because Netflix was available I was able to binge "The Crown" on the all too many rainy days. Next year I will be vacationing in November.

We stayed in Ramsgate 1, and the property was great. The condo is freshly remodeled, beautiful and clean. The bed was very comfortable as was the couch/livingroom. Appliances were all in excellent working order. The beach is beautiful and just steps from the back patio. There are quite a few stairs to get up/down from the beach that would likely be challenging for some. The location is great, but it is several minutes from the grocery and liquor store. There are several wonderful restaurants nearby. Our only real complaint was the amenities rental experience we had. We rented our beach chairs through the property management app. We were informed by email on our first day that the beach service we had paid for didn’t “hold the contract” for our building, so they set our beach chairs up 3 miles away! Obviously, this was ridiculous and we canceled. Even the beach services that were advertised on magnets inside the condo couldn’t accommodate us. We ended up calling the phone # advertised on another couple’s beach set up to finally get our chairs and umbrella taken care of. Once it was resolved, they were great! We also rented a golf cart from Ecco Motors, again through the Harmony app, the first golf cart they provided barely worked, almost maxing out around 18mph. It was not a pleasant experience being honked at etc bc the cart kept losing speed despite a full charge etc. There also was not an easy outlet to access to keep the electric cart charged. We called and were able to exchange for a gas cart. This was a faster cart and seemed to function fine, but then they came and picked the cart up at 8am a day early. When my fiancé called to discuss why it had been picked up (we even still had the keys), it took multiple phone calls and the associates he spoke with were very rude, offered no assistance and basically said he hadn’t properly set up the rental and needed to read the fine print etc. So, I’d go outside the compan

Beautifully decorated condo provides a beach and relaxing feel. Right on the beach where you can hear the ocean waves, walk out your back door and down the steps to the sand and surf. Bed was very comfortable. This condo appears to be newly renovated and looks magnificent. Loved our time here!

Everything about this property was amazing! It was so comfortable and felt like home every time we walked in. It was very clean, beautifully decorated and the kitchen had everthing we needed. The bed was so comfortable to us that we are looking into getting the same brand for ourselves. I am so excited to be staying here again next year! My husband and I stayed in Ramsgate 1 from August 4-11 for our honeymoon and we absolutely loved it! Everything was beautiful and clean. The direct private access to the beach was so convenient. We had key-less entry to our property so we never actually met management staff in person but they were all so helpful throughout our email and phone communications. This was definitely a great trip and we couldn't have picked a better location for our honeymoon. It was a quiet area with an easy drive to both Destin or Panama City. We will definitely be back!

Ramsgate 1 was delightful. The condo is decorated beautifully and has everything you need. It's right on the beach, so you hear the ocean from the patio. Harmony Beach Vacation property management was so informative and helpful as well. I cant's say enough good things about both - the condo and the management. We will definitely be coming back.

This is a perfect property to getaway and enjoy 30A! The property was beautiful and clean. Great location to Rosemary,Alys, and Seaside. You truly cannot beat staying right on the beach. It was wonderful to listen to the ocean from the living room! Harmony Beach Vacations was great to work with from the moment I booked the place! They made check in easy, and were accommodating when I requested a 1 hour later checkout. I will definitely be back and recommend it to friends and family!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo very much. The condo was well laid-out, with many upgrades. We were able to cook our meals with very adequate equipment. Being on the ocean front was a special treat. This was our first time in the area, and we found it offers vacationers a lot to do from beach walking to shopping, golf and great places to eat.

We stayed in Ramsgate #1 for the first time in November of 2016. We loved the condo so much we booked it again for November 2017. It was just as perfect this time as it was last year. It is super cute and in such a great location. We are already looking to be back next November!

Away from the hustle and bustle of Seaside or Rosemary Beach, this condo is professionally decorated with a perfect location for a beach lover. No need to drag your cooler to the beach because you are steps away. No need to get up early to get the perfect spot on the beach. Kitchen 👍 Bathroom 👍 Hot Water 👍 Bed and Linens 👍 Internet and Cable 👍. I highly recommend this place

Very nice, comfortable, clean condo. All necessities available and great location. Only suggestion for you to trim the green shrubs in front of the porch door - so that renters can take advantage of the beautiful beach view. They obstruct the view from the livingroom and they are not attractive at all. Bed was a bit too soft - we sank in the middle of the mattress.

The condo is exquisite. Beautiful layout and décor. Gorgeous decorating books throughout. Snuggly bed and spacious shower. DVR was a bonus! Location is very convenient to many great restaurants on 30-A. Would recommend adding seating on the stairs to the beach since sunset was not visible from the condo.

The only difference that I had with staying here or going to the Caribbean was I didn't have to get on a boat to get back home. This place was amazing! Felt like walking into a Magazine picture. We brought our Paddle Board and kayak and loved it being so convenient to beach. We are so going back!!!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo . Very relaxing . If it was mine I would trim the shrub so you could view the beach more from the patio. Needed a full size mirror and more hooks down walls for hanging towels and bags . Still loved , loved , loved it. Very nice place . Loved the décor . Awesome spot for two, maybe 3, right on the beautiful beach of 30A ... This apartment has direct access from the patio to the ocean... Literally just slide open your back door and walk on out, I like that. The decor topped it off... And the shower ?? I'll be back.

We were lucky! Able to book a last minute vacation in this condo. Seems like it is normally booked far in advance. Right on the beach - just have to walk down the stairs to the sand! Condo is completely renovated. Very nice décor, high-end appliances and fixtures, super comfortable king bed. Great for two people. Location is great. We rode our bikes to Rosemary Beach, Seaside and beyond. I'd definitely stay in this unit again!!!

When we arrived at Ramsgate 1, we were absolutely thrilled when we opened the door to the unit. The renovations are spectacular. The bathroom shower was the coolest thing I had ever seen. The bedroom was gorgeous and the bed it self looked like something out of a magazine. It was almost 3 feet tall with ultra comfy mattress, boxspring and topper. The duvet was soft and the abundance of great pillows was a treat. The kitchen was well appointed with full size refrigerator, dishwasher and oven / range. Tasteful granite counter tops and really cool floor tiles throughout the unit. Plush carpets in living area and bedroom were also great. We had one issue with a slow draining shower the first day and the management company fixed it within 2 hours. Very happy and will rent this unit again. Very close to great restaurants and other amenities. Beach almost deserted so we felt like it was a private beach.

My husband and I had an fantastic experience at this condo for our vacation. It was in an great location between Rosemary Beach and Sea Side and had a beautiful updated interior. It was clean, comfortable and the perfect amount of space for 1 couple! I especially loved all the West Elm decor. The only thing I would change would be to add a Jacuzzi tub and you'd be set! There need to be more places to hang wet beach items, too (but these are minor details). I would definitely go back to this location as you literally walk out of your condo, down the stairs and you're on the beach! We were close to some amazing restaurants, specifically George's in Alys Beach and The Hub! Highly highly recommend.
