Welcome to the Princess of Monaco! You will find the perfect beach paradise when you book this beautiful 5-bedroom, 4-bath vacation home. This three-story home is situated on a private street, just steps from the most breathtaking white sandy beaches and emerald green waters of Miramar Beach, FL. This spacious three-story home is thoughtfully designed for comfort and gathering. On the first floor, the primary master suite features a King bed, futon, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, and private patio access, along with a guest bedroom offering a Queen bed and private bath. The second floor serves as the heart of the home with a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor grill, and a large dining table seating 8+—perfect for sharing meals and memories. The inviting living area provides comfortable seating for relaxing or enjoying family game nights, and this level also includes a guest bedroom with a Queen bed. The third floor features a second master suite with a King bed, en-suite bathroom with full tub and walk-in shower, and a private balcony with beautiful views, plus a fun bunk room with two sets of built-in twin bunk beds ideal for kids. All TVs in the home are Smart TVs and allow guests to stream their favorite content using their own personal accounts (Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, etc.).

Princess of Monaco is located close to the Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation’s largest designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name brand designer stores. Also close by is Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops, Fishbowl Bowling and AMC Movie Theaters..
Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater. Grand Boulevard is also home to a weekly saturday farmer's market and Emerald Coast Theater Company for live entertainment.
The South Walton Artificial Reef Association (SWARA) has deployed four of their 16 different sites in this area. The closest being the Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017 and comprised of 79 individual EcoSystem Reefs just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's, 1.9 miles from this home). It is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the four snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Check out the other three reefs in our area: Seahorse Reef at Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, Turtle Reef at Grayton Beach State Park and Grouper Reef at Inlet Beach. Enjoy!

The house was perfect for our party of 10 and really convenient to grocery, restaurants, beach and pool! The walk to the pool area and beach was very short. The house was clean and the main living area is beautiful with the wooden stairways. The only thing that was a little bit difficult was the driveway; having 3 vehicles meant a constant switch-a-roo when someone wanted to go out. Not a big deal, though, we just kept car keys in a central area. We would recommend a max of 2 cars if you can do it. We loved our stay and would visit again!- Reviewed On: 4/11/2026

Happy Place
Mattresses and pillows need to be replaced. The downstairs master bathroom has a slow draining sink and the toilet handle is wobbly with a running sound after flushing. The dishes come out wet from the dishwasher.- Reviewed On: 11/25/2023

Great location, close to the beach. Loved being able to walk through the pool to the beach.
Cons- did smell like sewer outside the house. The mattresses were also very uncomfortable.

Jilenna is a great host. She was very responsive and accommodating. There are plenty of restaurants, stores, etc located within walking distance of the house. The walking to the pool/beach was a little further than a “a few steps away,” but it was still an easy walk. This place was awesome. Great location. Not right on the beach but truly just steps away. Enjoyed the pool and the views. Shopping is so close it was only 10 minutes away to anything you would need. I was thoroughly impressed with this property. Loved the convenient private access to the beach from our house. It was as beautiful as portrayed in the photos. Beautiful place! Jilenna's home was wonderful and clean. Be prepared to climb stairs as there are three stories and as directed, keep a close eye on any toddler to prevent any accidents. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious. There is one full bathroom on each floor. Jilenna was an awesome host and made sure we were taken care of.
