Welcome to the Princess of Monaco!  You will find the perfect beach paradise when you book this beautiful 5-bedroom, 4-bath vacation home. This three-story home is situated on a private street, just steps from the most breathtaking white sandy beaches and emerald green waters of Miramar Beach, FL.  This spacious three-story home is thoughtfully designed for comfort and gathering. On the first floor, the primary master suite features a King bed, futon, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, and private patio access, along with a guest bedroom offering a Queen bed and private bath. The second floor serves as the heart of the home with a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor grill, and a large dining table seating 8+—perfect for sharing meals and memories. The inviting living area provides comfortable seating for relaxing or enjoying family game nights, and this level also includes a guest bedroom with a Queen bed. The third floor features a second master suite with a King bed, en-suite bathroom with full tub and walk-in shower, and a private balcony with beautiful views, plus a fun bunk room with two sets of built-in twin bunk beds ideal for kids.  All TVs in the home are Smart TVs and allow guests to stream their favorite content using their own personal accounts (Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, etc.).

Area Attractions:

Princess of Monaco is located close to the Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation’s largest designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name brand designer stores. Also close by is Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops, Fishbowl Bowling and AMC Movie Theaters..

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater. Grand Boulevard is also home to a weekly saturday farmer's market and Emerald Coast Theater Company for live entertainment.

The South Walton Artificial Reef Association (SWARA) has deployed four of their 16 different sites in this area. The closest being the Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017 and comprised of 79 individual EcoSystem Reefs just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's, 1.9 miles from this home). It is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the four snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Check out the other three reefs in our area: Seahorse Reef at Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, Turtle Reef at Grayton Beach State Park and Grouper Reef at Inlet Beach. Enjoy!
