Being on the beach wonderful. Five bedrooms and 5 baths for 12 women was great. Close to everything! Everyone had a wonderful 6 nights!!

We loved our stay - the rooms were all spacious and comfortable and the kids did great in the bunk room together. We loved having a full kitchen and the direct access to the beach was a game changer.

We had a group of 8 ladies and we were so happy with this rental- it was so spacious and beautiful- the location was absolutely perfect!!- the beach is literally steps away and the views were outstanding- Real Joy responded within 30 minutes with any questions I had— it was just an overall excellent experience- would recommend this rental -we had unit 4 -

Pros: Great location. Can’t beat the views and convenience to beach. Comfortable beds. Clean bathrooms. Great beach. Great communication with management. Cons: No additional beach chairs, toys, umbrella, wagon and other beach accessories (besides the two chairs and umbrella rentals included each day). Minor inconvenience but overall great place to rent for family or group of friends. Would highly recommend and look forward to possibly coming back in the future.

The house is beautiful and the location is perfect! A little sand was on the floors when we arrived but other than that it was very clean! Doors are a struggle to open/close but we managed. Only 2 tvs worked and the WiFi was hit or miss but we were there to enjoy the beach, not watch tv! The house has everything you need for a nice stay, it even had several baby gates to put up in front of the stairs to keep the littles from taking a tumble! Highly recommend and will definitely book here again!

We had a group of 16 people from toddlers to grandparents. The house is located right on the beach with direct access. It was so nice being able to go back and forth from the beach to the house easily, especially with little kids. The deck options provide beautiful views of the water and sand. Truly, the views are hard to beat here! The parking is fine, we had two rental vehicles with designated parking so no issues. We had palmetto bugs come visit the first couple of nights we were there. I contacted the rental company and they came right away and took care of it. Very easy to contact and work with. You do share half of the house so sometimes we'd be on the deck at the same time as our neighbors. There is a waist high divider. House was clean and in good condition. The chair situation on the beach gets dicey. You get 2 chairs to use, 2 extra chairs are like 300/week. We opted to get camping chairs (& sand toys) from walmart to use and gave them to the neighbors when we left. Not a big deal.Overall, very happy with our stay and would come back! What a wonderful Stay the the Point of Veiw Realjoy property. From start to finish my experience and my guest experience was exceptional. Ms. Danielle and Ms. Lisa headed an all-star team of support. The parking is tight with only two outdoor spaces, so haing full-size or suv type vehicles can present an issue. Also, the kitchen could use some cooking utensils upgrades, but being aware of that in previously reviews ... we were prepared. Bang for your buck, quality support and reasonable cost made this choice of location an absolute no brainer. Exceptional view and access to the beach. It was amazing listening to ocean as we went to sleep and woke up! Nothing better then walking down stairs and be in Destin’s beautiful sand! Could use better kitchen supplies but looking out windows and doors make up for it!

The location and layout were perfect for the team retreat we had planned. We were right on the beach and found everything to be relaxing. The property managers were incredibly responsive and checked in on us regularly. We would consider staying here again; we talked about coming with kids, but there were no tubs, so that was our only concern, although I have a feeling the kids would get through it with a smile.

The view was amazing! The house was clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. The host checked on us multiple times throughout the stay which was nice. We also loved having a few restaurants like Soleil and Camille’s in walking distance. The Publix was a short drive too to restock the fridge. Would have been nice to have shampoos and bath soaps in the bathrooms. Also could have used a few beach towels and extra chairs (only 2 were provided with beach service). Neither one of these were a big deal though!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Pointe of View. The house was clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed! The beach view and easy access was amazing. The enjoyed a meal at Camille’s and the Soleil, both within walking distance. There were no concerns during our stay. Would definitely recommend!

The location has a beautiful beach view and is in a nice area of town! The house has lots of space and great sleeping arrangements to accommodate a multi-family vacation. The property management staff was friendly and easy to contact for assistance. They resolved issues quickly. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay there again!! As others noted, an area for improvement is the parking. Only 3 spaces are available. An idea for improvement would be for the management company to have pre-planned offsite parking arrangements available to guest. One other area I recommend to improve is the beach chair service. It was first come first serve, and even when arriving early, on multiple days, all the other front row chairs were already reserved for others. It would be great if the unit had pre-reserved front row chairs for each day. Other than that, all was great!!

This long weekend with our children and grandchildren was perfection!! The house layout was perfect, the location was perfect and the beach/weather cooperated too! We just rented this place over the spring break with family and friends. There are total of 17 of us or 4 families, and everyone enjoyed this location, cleanliness and direct access to the beach. There are a lot of very good place to eat out, Publix grocery store is close by and seafood market is about 10 minutes drive where you can get fresh oysters, fish and shrimps. We grilled them by the grill provided outside. Managed to park 4 cars (3 small/medium sized SUVs and 1 Ford Expedition) :-). Note that the garage is tight. There is parking by the street but easily gets filled up and you can’t park it overnight. Our overall experience is outstanding and we’ll rent this place again in the future!

You cannot beat the location of this place and the views! Nice, quiet area within reasonable distance to walk to several restaurants! While I give this place a 5-star rating, I see a little bit of opportunity for some general TLC, although, anything we needed Realjoy was super pleasant and responsive!!!

Location was awesome. It is situated directly on the beach, with easy access to beach services as well as several restaurants. The furniture on the balcony was incredibly comfortable and we spent hours just looking at the ocean. The property itself is close to many other restaurants and multiple grocery and shopping venues. Multiple sleeping areas and multiple bathrooms help keep the group happy.. Air conditioning was adequate. The kitchen had many appliances, cooking items. Parking was very tight. We only had one car but if the other properties have large SUVs it makes it very difficult to get in and out. Would recommend adding a Keurig. Property obviously shows we are in care of being a rental location, but didn’t really affect us.
