Welcome to your getaway at Port A-305 and enjoy views from your private balcony. On the second floor you will find the master bedroom featuring a queen bed with ensuite bathroom and a guest room with two twin beds. This condo sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably. Prepare anything from your morning coffee to your dinner in your well-equipped kitchen. Enjoy being close to the sugar white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico, while being close to the popular Carillon Beach Market. Pinnacle Port is nestled between the Camp Helen State Park beach and Carillon Beach, with Lake Powell (a coastal dune lake) directly to the north. It is uniquely situated at the west end of Panama City Beach, near the eastern edge of the Beaches of South Walton on 30A. Pinnacle Port amenities include Two Large Pools, Four Tennis/Shuffleboard Courts, Playground, Saunas, Fitness Center, Multi-Slip Boat Dock, and Picnic Pavilion. Pinnacle Port does not currently have rentals of kayaks, canoes, and paddle boards; however, they can be rented across the lake at Camp Helen State Park. Enjoy unique shopping and restaurants within walking or biking distance at the Market at Carillon Beach. It's a short drive to all the major Panama City Beach attractions such as Pier Park, Shipwreck Island Water Park. To your west is the Scenic 30A corridor along the fabulous beaches of South Walton.

Carillon Beach is adjacent to Pinnacle Port within the gated community. Carillon Market Street is the “main street” area of Downtown Carillon Beach and is a great place to grab a bit to eat, shop, and hang out. During the summer, free concerts called, "Groovin’ on the Green" are held every Monday night in Downtown Carillon. Many other unique restaurants and shops are also located nearby.

The gorgeous community of Rosemary Beach on 30A is located just 3 miles West and is filled with world-class dining, spas, wine bars, and many wonderful locally owned shops.

Panama City Beach is full of attractions such as Shipwreck Island Water Park, Ripley's Believe It or Not.

If you're looking for great shopping and fabulous eateries, nearby Pier Park will fit the bill! I can’t speak better about this oasis! We had the best time in Caroline Beach. Location is excellent. The beach wasn’t overly crowded but yet close enough to all the fun activities. The gated community makes you feel like you’ve went back in time and we absolutely loved that part! Rented bikes road them all around with my adult girls and that’s something I thought I’d not share with them again bc they are grown but we just had the best time Condo itself perfect only thing I could say that would make it better would be the beds. Master bed was so hard I couldn’t sleep in it Thankfully the couch was super comfy but I know my husband would have liked me in our bed. Other than that every single thing was perfect!! And the coffee shop the best! 10/10 food and coffee was perfect! Not one trip to Starbucks was made and we ate lunch there twice it was so good

We were very happy with this rental. My dad and sister were able to join us, so twin beds in the 2nd bedroom - perfect! The furnishings were great, the views from the balconies pleasing, and we had what we needed for meal prep. We enjoyed the tennis court (though the surface is very soft) & one of the pools.The A/C never went down to 70°, so it was a little warmer ay night than we are used to, and I wish they had bigger rolls of toilet paper, haha, but overall great!
Oh - paying extra to park stinks. $30 plus a technology fee per car?!

This location was the perfect place to relax and reset during the snow bird months. It was quiet and felt secluded while being very close to restaurants, shopping etc. The beach was absolutely beautiful and the best place to watch the sunset. RealJoy was excellent in providing service and communication. I highly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend!
