411 pelican island

The place was great. The only problem was that the door out to the balcony was a bear to open and the Refrigerator took awhile to get cold. Everything else was amazing.

This was a perfect getaway. Plenty space for 2-6 people. Easy access to the beach. Quiet community. Close enough to the board walk to see the firework show last night.

From the initial request inquiring about the availability of the unit to check out, RealJoy was great to deal with - responsive and proactive. The property was so new on their listing pages that the photographer was still snapping photos of the unit upon our scheduled arrival! The unit was clean and in a great location with the right amenities in the unit and building. We have been visiting the Destin/Fort Walton/Okaloosa area for 30 years and this unit was one of the better ones we've stayed in. We will definitely consider RealJoy and this unit for our future trips to Okaloosa/Fort Walton.
