The open layout includes a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals, along with the added convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer.

Snowbird Season runs from November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). ***Please be aware that the Pelican Isle complex will be undergoing a balcony deck coating project starting November 2026 and lasting approximately two months, weather and other factors permitting. The back deck area of the complex will be closed from the south side exit doors at the pool area west to the spa area. Additionally, each unit's balcony will be closed at some point during the project and will not be accessible until that stage of the project is complete. Specific closure dates are pending. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.***

Condo was exactly as described. Bed was comfortable. Appreciated the beach set up being included. Loved having a washer and dryer. Beautiful view of the ocean. Only thing lacking was hangers in the closet and that was really no big deal. Husband loved having two bathrooms and thought the standup shower was amazing! Would definitely stay here again.

Upon entering the property, my wife and I immediately noticed the freshness or cleanliness of the unit, which indicated to us that it was well maintained . The RealJoy staff checked in with us periodically to make sure we were having a five star experience. Pictures were accurate, condo was awesome and location was in very close proximity to the beach.
