Guest will find a king-sized bed in the master suite, a king-sized bed in the guest, twin over twin bunks in the hallway, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, sleeping up to eight guests comfortably. The master bedroom opens up to the private balcony and boasts stunning Gulf views. This spacious condo features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, open and airy living room, smart TVs in the bedrooms, and a washer/dryer for your convenience. Pelican Isle is a world-class resort property on Okaloosa Island, offering amenities such as a gulf front pool heated to 85 degrees year-round, an oversized gulf front hot tub, and gulf-front park-like grassy area, a fitness center, and high-speed internet access. electronic building access and plenty of parking. Place was great, as described. We walked right to the beach, back for lunch and back out. Also saw some dolphins while shopping in morning coffee. The host was really responsive and instructions for check in and out were really clear. the pace was spacious, clean and quiet. We give it 10/10. would love to stay again.

This property had an amazing view, easy access to and from the condo and other fun things in town and the sand and ocean was mere steps away. The property itself was the perfect size for the three teenagers and two adults in our party and loved being on the end right as you get out of the stairwell. I felt very safe in this location. I really liked the lifeguards patrolling the beach as well. The unit was very clean, comfortable beds and had everything we needed for our week long stay. Realjoy was very quick to respond and communicated well when dates were approaching and info on check in and check out. The only thing I could give a recommendation on was the fitness center. It didn’t have much (free weights, bench)if you are looking to keep your regimen up while on vacay (my teenage son, no days off, lol) We will definitely be adding this to our list of stay again places !

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean; far cleaner than many i have stayed in. Area was safe. We enjoyed the view of the beach and easy access to the beach. Loved having the beach chairs provided with the rental. Beds slept great. I read comments about needing to bring own paper towels, trash bags, detergent etc. which is true. However, the normal
“ starter” amount was provided- same as any other place I have rented. Only potential concern for some may be that the sitting area only accommodates 3-4 adults
(sofa and chair) but condo sleeps up to 8. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Pelican Isle was great. The views every morning were stunning. Beach access was easy and the 2 chairs and umbrella each day made visiting the beach very easy. Lots of restaurants close by and the pier access was phenomenal.

Excellent condo

Close to shopping and dining. This condo did not include beach service which was unfortunate bc you have to pack your own chairs and almost every other condo had one. Parking was a little congested with very few spots under the building that were reserved for certain rooms. Very clean, older building under renovation but condo was updated. Not much of a “fitness center” no weights or machines only a broken treadmill and a stationary bike. All in all, would recommend to any family

We had a fantastic time! Beautiful beach and it was a nice, clean place. Beautiful view!
Things to consider… it is less stocked than other rentals we’ve used in the past, and you will need to bring/purchase hand soap, toilet paper, etc. Bed in room attached to hallway bathroom was extremely firm. Door handle from that room going into bathroom was broken, so it could not be shut without locking us out of bathroom. This wasn’t a big deal for us but does need fixed to provide privacy to people staying in that room.

I will stay here again.

We travel to Okaloosa Island a couple times a year. Condo is a location. The room was spacious, clean, and accommodating to our needs. Check in was very convenient. The pool is much but we don’t go to the beach to hang out at the pool. I will stay at this property again.
