The whole time we were there my wife and I were commenting to each other how clean and comfortable the Pelican Isle is. Our condo, the grounds, the pool and the lobby were all spotless. Check-in was a breeze. The property’s maintenance guys worked nonstop, and it showed. Since we returned home, I’ve recommended this particular property to numerous acquaintances. We do plan to stay here again the next time we’re in Fort Walton.

We absolutely loved this unit! Bed was comfortable. Covered parking was a nice surprise. And having the umbrella and chairs set up for us was wonderful. Highly recommend this unit.

We loved this unit! The underground parking was a great surprise. Bed & pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you’d need to cook with. Location was great. Having the beach chairs & umbrella set up every day was wonderful!

We loved our stay! The condo faces the ocean and was a beautiful view. This condo was on the second floor which was perfect, short ride on the elevator! The resort pool is really nice, they have someone that comes and cleans it everyday! The guys on the beach to rent chairs and paddle boards are awesome and helpful!!!
My only complaint with the condo is that there is no place for your luggage. We had to lay one suitcase in the hallway to the bathroom and the other one had to be unpacked completely. We made it work and it is workable.

If you’re on the fence—BOOK IT! We stayed in this condo to celebrate my daughter’s 15th birthday and brought a few of her friends, and it was hands-down one of the best getaways we’ve ever had. The condo was spotless, beautifully updated, and so cozy—it truly felt like a home away from home. And the view? Absolutely unreal. Waking up to the sunrise over the ocean right outside our window was something we’ll never forget. Having beach chairs and an umbrella included was such a nice bonus—we didn’t have to stress about lugging anything down. The girls had a blast going back and forth between the beach and the pool all day long, and we felt completely safe the entire stay, which gave us such peace of mind. We even found a full sand dollar and more unique seashells than we could count! The location couldn’t be better—restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream, and shopping were either walkable or just minutes away. It made everything so easy and enjoyable. But what really set this place apart was Richard, the owner. He was so kind and accommodating from the start. He made sure every detail was taken care of and even had a personalized welcome board waiting for us in the living room. It was such a thoughtful touch that made our stay feel extra special. We’re already talking about coming back. I’ve been raving about this place to all my friends and will continue to do so—it’s that good. Don’t hesitate for a second. You won’t regret staying here!

Beautiful gulf view and easy beach access. The beach chair service was amazing. The beach was large enough to never feel crowded. The condo was well maintained, as was the entire property. Pictures of the condo are accurate. Very quiet location on the western end of the island.
