The back deck area of the complex will be closed from the south side exit doors at the pool area west to the spa area. Additionally, each unit's balcony will be closed at some point during the project and will not be accessible until that stage of the project is complete. Specific closure dates are pending. Pelican Isle is a world-class resort property on Okaloosa Island, offering amenities such as a gulf-front pool heated to 85 degrees year-round, an oversized gulf-front hot tub, and gulf-front park-like grassy area, a fitness center, and high-speed internet access. electronic building access and plenty of parking. Restaurants, shopping, entertainment, golf, boating, sailing, snorkeling, fishing, and other vacation activities are all within a few minutes from the property.

This was my teenage granddaughter’s first trip to Florida, what a wonderful place to stay for this experience. The views were breathtaking, boardwalk access convenient, condo was clean and modern. All the comforts of home at the beach. Beach service was such a great bonus. This is a well maintained property. Staff were friendly and helpful, my granddaughter even recognized and commented how nice everyone was. The condo is just minutes from the Boardwalk and pier. I am already checking my PTO days to schedule my next stay. Thanks for helping make wonderful memories.

Awesome condo, very clean and nice. Over looking the pool so we was able to watch the kids swimming from the balcony. Also clean to the beach and definitely not over crowded with ppl or chair rental. Definitely would book here again.

We had an amazing time, the beach is so beautiful. We loved how close it is to the beach! I will mention that the beach and the whole condo building is non smoking, so you can only smoke out front in the designated area only. But we were pleased with everything, including how well stocked the place is with pots, cups, tupperware, etc.. The balcony is directly above the pool & has a great view of the ocean!

Nice property. Enjoyed the ceiling fan in the bedroom and parking space under the building. A couple of things: the bathtub really needs some handles to hold onto when getting in and out, especially for older adults like me. Also, the dishwasher did not seem to want to come when we pushed start.Thanks
