This spacious, professionally decorated, 3-bedroom 3- bath condo offers views of the Gulf and a private on-site lake with colorful fountains from the oversized, private balcony. Enjoy having breakfast on the balcony and taking in the beautiful views. Located on the 8th floor, there is a king-sized bed in the master, a queen bed with a mini-kitchen, and a private balcony access in the second bedroom, and the 3rd guest bedroom has a queen bed, or you can have 2 twin beds. and a queen sleeper sofa in the Livingroom. This condo sleeps 8 comfortably. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. Come make memories at The Terrace at the Pelican with your family that will last a lifetime.

In addition to the 95 spacious vacation condominiums, The Terrace at Pelican Beach offers spacious meeting facilities, an outdoor heated pool and hot tub, outdoor gas grills, tennis courts, a video game room and limited covered parking facilities.

The Pelican Tiki Bar is our own beachside bar – stop by and ask your friendly bartender to mix you a refreshing drink to take to the beach or sit by the pool.

Chan’s Market Café brews Starbucks Coffee, and is open for breakfast every morning at 8 serving yummy pastries and breakfast sandwiches. You can order lunch and take it to the pool or beach – Chan’s offers everything from salads to sandwiches to pizza.

You can order a beach set up right at the private boardwalk leading to the beach. I’m sure you’ll agree Pelican Beach Terrace has everything you’re looking for in a beach vacation home!

Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

This condo is incredible! Absolutely beautiful views and not a far walk to the beach at all. We travel every summer to the beach for baseball and this by far has been the best experience we have had. Everyone was extremely friendly here. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful week in Destin FL. The condo that we rented was great. It was clean and just as it was described in the listing. The one thing that they didn’t mention was the view of the fireworks from The Boardwalk. They were beautiful. The balcony had plenty of space. The beach was such a short stroll away. We would definitely rent from RealJoy again!!

Amazing!

We have been staying at Pelican beach resort for 10 years. However this is the first time we rented a 3 bedroom in the Terrace. We worried that losing the view directly on the beach would put a damper on the experience. We were wrong! While you do give up the spectacular view of the water, you gain the view of the city, gorgeous sunsets and sunrises. You also can see the fireworks on Thursday night perfectly. The condo was well stocked in the kitchen. Although the knifes could be sharpened. Having 3 bedrooms and restrooms was perfect for our party of 6. The shower door in the master did not stay closed without some assistance. Beds were comfortable and couches as well. The storage closet does have some beach chairs and boogies boards. Having washer and dryer in the unit was great! We went home will all clean laundry. We will definitely rent this unit again.

Very nice place!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is very nice and the condo was awesome. Our only suggestion would be to add blackout shades in the bedrooms. Otherwise it is perfect. Highly recommended.

Nice Condo

This condo is nicely decorated. The view is beautiful 😍 this is what we loved the most. The condo has 3 rooms and 3 restrooms. It was perfect for our family of 6. (2 adults, 4 kids.) The beach access was very convenient 👌I messaged management twice and I immediately got a response. I would definitely recommend. The only thing I didnt like was that the door in the master restroom shower doesn't really stay closed. It kept sliding back open but it wasnt a big deal.

We found the place perfect for our short spring break get away. We flew from Kansas and rented a car at the airport. It was a short 30 to 40 minute drive to the place and once we were there it was a short 5 minute walk to the pristine beach. The place was just as it looked online. Very clean and some updates that made it feel fresh and welcoming. Large enough for grandma and grandpa and their daughter and her two teens. It very much felt like a family vacation spot. We also all really enjoyed eating at Taste of India, an authentic Indian buffet that was incredible. We would stay there again.

We absolutely loved our condo…. Myself and 2 friends, 3 beds, 3 baths were the perfect scenario for 10 days! The views from the balcony were amazing.. we loved everything about it! It was an easy book, easy check in and a care free stay. We would most definitely book with Realjoy again and hopefully stay at the Terrace in 807!! Destin was sporting beautiful weather, so we had the best of both worlds. We couldn’t have ask for a better vacay!!! ????
