This condo was amazing! The view was absolutely stunning, and having private beach access was a major plus. The location couldn't have been more convenient - we loved being able to walk to nearby stores and restaurants. The king-size beds were super comfortable and made the stay extra luxurious. It was Awesome!! We stayed in the Terrace room # 805. The condo was clean and beautiful, the outside view was wonderful. The staff was always helpful if we needed anything. It was a perfect 1 week vacation for my wife and I and another couple. We definitely would stay at the Pelican Resorts again!!

Really enjoyed our stay! The apartment looked wonderful having its own personality of a beach style. Great view to the lake pond/lake area and further going into the ocean. Peaceful and quiet, and family friendly. Host supported with great and clear communications, email and text notifications, as well as the area tips - found this super helpfull. Followed up with me quite a few times and provided with suggestions when i had a question. Full kitchen with great set up and plenty of things to be used during the stay. Thank you, we really enjoyed our stay and would consider to come back in the future :)

We are repeat guests at Pelican Beach Resort but first stay at the Terrace. The u it is well decorated, comfortable and inviting.We enjoyed the pool being less crowded and the elevators were easily accessible. The beach is only a short walk. LDV beach service is fantastic. Be sure to reserve chairs and umbrellas well ahead of your stay. We would recommend the unit for groups of 4. There is a sleeper sofa that was uncomfortable but we made due. Realjoy is professional, communative and makes sure you stay is everything you want it to be. We will definitely be back.

Overall, this was a wonderful experience! First and foremost the check in process was very easy and straightforward. The condo was beautiful, very clean; and very well decorated! My only complaint is that I wish the bathrooms were renovated as it’s seems the kitchen and living area were. However, it didn’t much effect the stay of my trip! The location of the condo is in a very safe and beautiful area guarded by security & fully gated around with only one entrance with security in the front! Walking to the beach for the first time was a little confusing, if you plan on walking to the beach from the condo you have to go through the property only, the bridge that goes across the pond is misleading as it brings you to the houses which are completely separate from the Pelican resort. All in All, I recommend this condo to everyone and give it a 5/5 for my stay!

The condo was easy to find, clean and in a very central location (close to restaurants, things to do, shopping…) The Terrace is not directly on the beach with ocean view but just a few steps away and walkable. We liked all the pools, hot tubs, the Tiki Bar, Cafe and easy beach access of the Pelican Beach Resort.

The Terrace has everything you need for a large party. Our 2 bedroom was comfortable for a party of 6, with 1 or 2 kids sleeping on the couch bed. If you don't mind the short walk to the beach (as it is not directly on the beach), having access to the Pelican Resort, that DOES sit on the beach is really nice (Tiki Bar and extra pools).

Overall everything was pretty good. A few complaints: water pressure in spare bathroom shower was not great, and the couple staying in there did not like that it was two twin beds pushed together. Felt that was false advertising for a king bed. The property was clean, easily accessible and perfect for what we needed and wanted. The beach was a bit further than expected and not super visible from the balcony. And the phone number provided was not to the resort so they were not familiar with the check in process. The listing is also not clear that this is a condo at a resort until after booking and you receive information regarding your stay.

Overall, this was a great choice for a beach getaway. Best of both worlds in that we didn't have to pay beachfront prices, but still had full use of the beachfront facilities. It's a super easy walk down to the beach. The condo was comfortable, beautifully decorated, and looks recently renovated. We had a plumbing issue in one bathrooms that was quickly fixed. My only suggestion would be to beef up the kitchen supplies. We didn't cook much while we were there and there were only three of us so it wasn't a big deal, but the dishes were very minimal, so a family of four or more with plans to cook meals would washing dishes a lot. We were pleasantly surprised by the supply of beach chairs (4 of them! There was also one umbrella we didn't use). These were nice to take down to the beach in the evenings after the rentals were put away.

The condo is older but it worked perfectly for our stay. The kitchen is stocked with plates, cups and such but be sure to buy anything you may need because nearly nothing else is provided. On the beach-beach chair situation is great, the staff was so friendly and we loved the convenience of tiki bar-also the pizza is pretty decent. Off the beach-The area is surprisingly not super pedestrian friendly and we were glad not to have rented bikes. Traffic is nuts, restaurants are busy and it’s a drive to nearly all the places we wanted to checkout so be prepared for that but, otherwise, everything is laid back and fun.

Excellent condo!! The view is exactly as pictured, but even better. Beach access was a short walk through the resort property and easy to reserve beach chairs. Strongly recommend booking your chairs online ahead of time, since everyone seems to do so even if they don’t plan on coming to the beach that day. The condo was sparkling clean, beds were comfortable with blackout curtains.
We used the FunPass to go snorkeling and on the dolphin tour. It was a great deal!! They provide unlimited beverages on the boat, non-alcoholic and alcoholic. We snorkeled in a little bay that had hermit crabs and some silver fish. Then we watched pods of dolphins that had 2 new babies. The guides were hysterical and it was really fun.
The only thing I thought was odd is that the condo doesn’t provide any basics for cooking that most hotels have beyond the actual pots and pans, dishes, and utensils. There was a coffee machine but no filters or coffee. No salt and pepper or butter. We had to buy everything of our own, and brought what we could back with us since you’re not allowed to leave anything behind.
Lyft and Uber drivers seemed to have a hard time figuring out which building was ours, so be prepared to call them when they arrive.
Overall it was a great trip and would absolutely stay with this company again.
