This place was perfect for our family of 4. Clean and cozy accommodation with comfortable beds, clean linen. Very convenient that there are two bathrooms. The kitchen is convenient with the ability to cook food. View and access directly to the beach. Two or three pools on the hotel grounds. The white sand is incredibly beautiful and the color of the water in the bay is simply incredible. Great place

I love that everything was close. The beach view was perfect. There were a lot of pools. Good value for the money. It is a cafe on site. I felt it was a little over priced. The home had the basics. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook with. We ended up going to Walmart to purchase some items to cook with. We stayed for 6 nights. I thought it had a washer and dryer in the home it did not. However at the end of each level they have a community laundry room. It was $2.00 to wash and $2.00 to dry. To help the lobby has a coin machine next to the vending machines. There was an cashless option as well.

Beach was so close! Lights from outside come through bedroom window. I would recommend bringing blackout curtain if you need dark to sleep

4-1-2025. We had a great stay and Real Joy did an excellent job with communication. Our condo rates an A+ for cleanliness. We had everything we needed for the week. Pelican beach resort did have some issues with elevators, thankfully we were only on the third floor.

Only three rolls of toilet paper (two rolls in bathroom closest to the kitchen and one roll in the other bathroom). Would be nice to have more toilet paper for three people for 4 nights.

Our family had a great spring break trip in Destin on the beach. One thing we wished we knew ahead of time, in order to enjoy the beach you need to rent chairs otherwise there is a very limited area to hang out and people reserve these days to months in advance. Our condo smelled clean when we got there. We did find floss threaders under the bed and dirty clothes next to the wall of the bunk beds otherwise we were happy with everything else.

We had an amazing stay! Walking into the room and seeing the beach view was everything we wanted and so much more. It was kid friendly and our kids loved the bunk beds. They had a great supply of towels which was great. The bedding was comfortable as well. Overall we had such a great stay. Would definitely be back

Stay was immaculate…The room views were incredible!! Constriction was not a problem. We stayed on the 3rd floor. Definitely will book this exact spot again. The resort is in the middle of everything, drives were less than 10 min either way. We enjoyed ourselves!

This condo was clean and as it's described online. Awesome view! And nice that the beach is just a few steps away! It is in a good location. There was some issues with the elevators (only 2 working at a time), and some loud construction going on....but all in all a great place!

The Pelican property was undergoing major renovations during our stay. Although there are 5 elevators on property, only 3 were working. There was generally a line of people waiting to use them. We were thankful we were on the 3rd floor and could use the stairs.

It was a perfect property- right on the beach so the kids could enjoy as they wanted. Every night before bed they walked the beach and loved it. Was perfect to come in and rest from the sun, eat lunch and enjoy the pool and hot tubs too! Super relaxing and close to everything.
