4-1-2025. We had a great stay and Real Joy did an excellent job with communication. Our condo rates an A+ for cleanliness. We had everything we needed for the week. Pelican beach resort did have some issues with elevators, thankfully we were only on the third floor.

Only three rolls of toilet paper (two rolls in bathroom closest to the kitchen and one roll in the other bathroom).Would be nice to have more toilet paper for three people for 4 nights.

Our family had a great spring break trip in Destin on the beach. One thing we wished we knew ahead of time, in order to enjoy the beach you need to rent chairs otherwise there is a very limited area to hang out and people reserve these days to months in advance. Our condo smelled clean when we got there. We did find floss threaders under the bed and dirty clothes next to the wall of the bunk beds otherwise we were happy with everything else.

We had an amazing stay! Walking into the room and seeing the beach view was everything we wanted and so much more. It was kid friendly and our kids loved the bunk beds. They had a great supply of towels which was great. The bedding was comfortable as well. Overall we had such a great stay. Would definitely be back

Stay was immaculate…The room views were incredible!! Constriction was not a problem. We stayed on the 3rd floor. Definitely will book this exact spot again. The resort is in the middle of everything, drives were less than 10 min either way. We enjoyed ourselves!

The Pelican property was undergoing major renovations during our stay. Although there are 5 elevators on property, only 3 were working. There was generally a line of people waiting to use them. We were thankful we were on the 3rd floor and could use the stairs.

This condo was clean and as it's described online. Awesome view! And nice that the beach is just a few steps away! It is in a good location. There was some issues with the elevators (only 2 working at a time), and some loud construction going on....but all in all a great place!

Room was perfect and very clean. Real Joy vacations was great to work with. Very communicative. Only complaint is beach is very busy and you basically need to rent a chair to be able to have a space but otherwise property was great!!

It was a perfect property- right on the beach so the kids could enjoy as they wanted. Every night before bed they walked the beach and loved it. Was perfect to come in and rest from the sun, eat lunch and enjoy the pool and hot tubs too! Super relaxing and close to everything.

The property was family friendly and on the beach. Not having to travel far to get to the beach with 3 kids was outstanding. When you weren't at the beach you could choose from 3 different pools. There was always something to do with my family.

Bed & pillows could use an update. The toaster needs replacing, would only brown on one side. But the view is by far the best from this condo and the beach is absolutely beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay!

The one thing that made our stay at Pelican Beach Resort, 308, Destin, FL, was the RealJoy Vacations staff. There customer service made the week sooooo special. They helped us celebrate our 40th Anniversary with a Key Lime Pie. They fixed many problems with 308. They were sooo pleasant ALL the time. (I taught customer service in college continuing education classes and the RealJoy staff was a model of what I taught.) A BIG THANK YOU TO RealJoy Vacations staff!!!

The condo was updated and stylish. The king bed was very comfortable and the views were outstanding. Pools and hot tubs were awesome. Close to shopping and restaurants. Easy check in process with plenty of parking. Only recommendation would be to add a comfortable chair in addition to the sofa.

Honestly wish I had booked an extra day! The condo was clean and comfortable. Check in and out was efficient and non-complicated. Amenities of the complex were great. We really enjoyed the cafe and the pools, and the beach access was simple and easy to rent our umbrella and chairs.

The condo was very clean and it couldn’t have been in a better location! The elevator ride was short and it only took about 1-2 minutes to get from the room to the beach! The private beach was very nice, the pools were great and we loved the tiki bar (but the drinks are a little pricey, we expected that lol). It’s an 8 minute walk to surf shops, breakfast and pizza. We also saw dolphins between 4-6 pm EVERY NIGHT! Overall the stay was great!! 100% would reccomend!

The unit was just as pictured. I would go back. Only issue was with other guests in nearby units smoking on their balconies. Normally not a big deal but every time we opened our balcony door the unit would fill with cigarette or marijuana smoke. I can’t blame the owner of the unit but the facility needs to do a better job with this issue.

We had a great stay. The property is centralized for all the fun places to go and restaurants to enjoy. We had one small issue with a shower handle and the property management was very responsive and had it fixed right away. It didn’t disrupt our stay at all. Beachfront access was fantastic.

We had a amazing time here ! The condo was super clean and great. Staff on site were always friendly. King size bed was a little uncomfortable as my husband didnt sleep much. Unfinished pool was a bit of an eye sore. Plenty of equipment in the kitchen and linens for the bathroom. We would definitely stay in this unit again ! Overall a great experience.

We originally scheduled in May, then...Covid. The manager worked with us to reschedule. Nice and clean. Great view of the beach from balcony. Like the layout of the condo. Bedroom was very quiet. Ceiling fan made a noise from being off-balance but am sure it will be fixed soon. Would stay again.
