The home and neighborhood is beautiful. It’s quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed interacting with the neighbors and their pets. It was only a short drive to the beach in the available golf cart and our girls enjoyed the included bikes as well. It’s close to restaurants, ice cream shops, and shopping without being to close to the crowded condo areas.

We loved our stay! The host was extremely responsive and friendly. We had a very minor issue that they resolved quickly and they helped with a few other needs during our stay.
The home is lovely. It is set in a quiet neighborhood with lots of trees. Inside we found the home just like the pictures. The furniture was comfortable and we had space to spread out between the two living areas and three porches.
The golf cart was easy to use and fun for our group. You can get to several beach access points within a few minutes. It’s a quick bike or ride to shops, restaurants and our favorite ice cream shop.
The community pool was easy to access, clean and not crowded.
We brought our own beach chairs, umbrella and toys but there were some in the garage probably from a previous guest.
The showers have great water pressure and plenty of hot water.

The house was super clean and spacious. Perfect for our group of 6 people (3 couples) . The location in my opinion was perfect. Having the golf cart definitely made our stay, it was so fun and convenient. The neighborhood the house was in was adorable, so nice to walk around in. The pool was also amazing to be able to use. Overall we loved our time here and would definitely stay there again!

Perfect location. Less than a mile to the beach. Easy walk OR ride in the golf cart. Home was clean, open, and clear of clutter. Living room and dining room table got lots of use! Enjoyed coffee on the screeened in porch each morning. Plenty of walking trails close by. Quiet neighborhood yet close to restaurants and shops. Would absolutely stay here again.

Peaceful Easy Feeling was just that...Peaceful and Easy! The main level lenai was incredibley comfortable and secluded...Great for an afternoon nap or an evening of drinks and games after dinner. Grill on the property as well as 4 high quality beach chairs and ubrella to easily load on the golf cart and haul to the beach...Golf cart parking is better than handicapped in most places, so that was a plus too! Really wanted to check out the pavillion and the pool, but were too busy exploring and was just too peaceful & easy to cook on site and hang out on the lenai when we did find some downtime. Would definitely stay again and is really a prime location right in the middle of 30A without feeling like you are right in the middle of Spring Break on 30A.

The house was beautiful and very spacious for our family of nine. Loved having the bunk area and separate TV area for the kids. The golf cart was a big hit with the kids and useful for getting to and from the beach. The house was well stocked in the kitchen, plenty of towels in the bathrooms and lots of chairs and toys for the beach. Everything was clean when we arrived. We also enjoyed having the lake for the kids to fish.

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was perfect for our family of 6! Everyone had their own space but it still felt cozy.
RealJoy was amazing to communicate with. They sent tons of information multiple times including local attractions, expectations and instructions on how to get in, etc.
The home itself was beautiful and in the most serene neighborhood. All of the locals were extremely friendly and welcoming.
The only complaints we had were :
-The house was a little far from the tourtist-y attractions of 30A. Seaside, Rosemary beach and The Big Chill were all 30+ minutes away.
-The drain in the master shower and bath were incredibly clogged and slow. (Probably from all the sand over all the renters but still annoying.)
-The master bed is extremely firm. Could be some people’s perfect bed but wasn’t very comfortable for us.
Other than those simple things, we loved our stay and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We’re excited to possibly stay there again next year!

The location and home were beautiful. We only stayed from friday evening to sunday morning so we weren't able to enjoy everything miramar/Sandestin had to offer but what we did get to see and do was fun and its a gorgeous,peaceful area to vacation. We loved that the downstairs had almost a seperate little house itself, other than a kitchen it had everything. We didnt use the golf cart because we apparently read the ad incorrectly and didnt realize you had to put down another $500 deposit for that so that was a bummer. All in all it was a great trip!

We loved our trip to 30A and our stay here. It was beautiful and relaxing! The home was spacious and clean. We traveled with our 2 children and they loved the games. The big jenga game was a family favorite. Everything was wonderful from the pool to the beach to restaurants near by. The only thing that was bothersome was a house just across the street has total construction and there was quite a bit of noise from the workers throughout our stay. I realize that is no fault of the owners, just something to note if you plan to stay here this summer. Overall a great time! Will definitely return to 30A!

Love this neighborhood! House was very nice, clean and had everything we needed, it even had beach chairs. Golf cart was nice to have to drive to the beach and to the local restaurants and coffee house/bakery. Our only 2 complaints is that it seemed a little warm for our taste. Living area and most bedrooms are located on upper floor. Kids bunk room/living space downstairs was cooler, but we did not use that area. We also felt the master bed was way too soft. Felt like it needed to be replaced. It caved in and made noise when getting in or out. Other than those 2 things, it was a beautiful home, great location and we had a wonderful family trip!

This house was perfect for my family. We had plenty of space. The location was perfect it’s 5 minutes from the beach. It has a little shopping center down the street. The community pool was great! We were able to cookout at the pool and play games. My family and I will definitely be coming back.
