Pavilion Palms is a low-rise condominium community in Miramar Beach, Florida, offering a serene coastal retreat just steps from the Gulf of Mexico. Designed in a distinctive crescent shape, the complex provides panoramic Gulf views and direct access to a private stretch of sugar-white sand via a dedicated boardwalk. Guests have access to a beautiful community pool. Pavilion Palms' prime location places guests within walking distance of popular dining spots like the Surf Hut and close to shopping destinations such as Silver Sands Premium Outlets and Destin Commons, making it an ideal setting for a memorable beach vacation.

Area Attractions:

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both Sandestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers a number of boutiques, and dining options.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We had a great stay here! The condo was very spacious and clean. The location was great, you are right across from the beach so it was an easy walk over but also have the privacy of not being right on the beach. The complex is also very nice. Parking can be a slight issue but overall it's a great place to stay!

Everything was perfect, beautiful place and just what we needed for our trip. So close to restaurants and shopping. Wonderful having beach just accross the street for those in group to come n go. Only thing I would suggest is a Keurig, no big deal though I brought mine. But they do have a coffee pot, I’m just lazy and like to use k pods for different teas, coffee etc. I would highly recommend this place and would like to plan to stay next year as all in group agreed.

Favorite condo!

Extremely spacious! Clean. Comfortable. I loved that the condo had box fans because that’s what sleep with. And the outside porch was my favorite part! Would highly recommend this condo. Short walk to the beach. I would like if we were able to use the garage area for parking but no big deal.

A wonderful week

This was our third stay at Pavilion Palms since 2022, having stayed in two other units previously. Each unit we've visited, including 203C, is fabulous. Centrally located to beach access and in walking distance to several restaurants, Pavilion Palms is a great find. The open kitchen/dining/living room areas provide great space and seating, not to mention the very spacious balcony where we spent the afternoons in the shade overlooking the pool. 203C is very clean and well-appointed. Loved staying here!

Great location!!! We throughly enjoyed our stay! The only downfall for us is we had 8 people and the couch was supposed to be a pullout/futon and it ended up not being! Overall we had a great stay!

A Wonderful Getaway!

The condo was phenomenal! When we arrived at our condo, it was much more beautiful than the pictures looked like when we booked it. All of the beds were comfortable and it was the perfect place for my family. We really enjoyed the big balcony and that's where we ate most of the time. The whole condominium was nice and quiet. We also had fun at the pool when we were not at the beach. I loved how it was located just steps away from the beach. The only really small downside was that the beach access was public, but not really a big deal! Just that some guests may prefer to know this ahead of booking. Check in was a breeze. Overall, we had a nice, relaxing and enjoyable stay at this condo and would definitely stay there again on our next trip to Destin!
