Real Joy has easily been the best host we have worked with in the panhandle. Very responsive and available when we needed them. Paradise Pete’s was just the right size in the perfect location to enjoy it all for our large group of 12.

We loved our stay and felt right at home! The host was incredibly responsive and quick to resolve the small issues that arose during our stay. The previous guess failed to take the trash out to the street, resulting in a full trash bin. RealJoy arranged for a private vendor to come get the trash on a Saturday morning, only a few hours after I brought the issue to their attention!
The home was lovely. Very comfortable and a great place to relax together. Quick and easy walk to the beach was a plus. We will be back!

Paradise Pete’s was a beautiful home and was a perfect fit for our two families. There were lots of amenities that made our stay comfy. We had a great stay! The only frustration was the front door coded entry lock…it was not intuitive. Instructions would have been so helpful. Locking the door from the outside when leaving was hit or miss.

We had a wonderful family vacation, despite some small impacts from Hurricane Helene. The house was great for a multi/generational family of 6 adults and two toddlers. The kitchen was stocked well except for needing more eating utensils. The beds were very comfortable. .

Paradise Pete is a beautiful home loved it even more once I read their story and how it all unfolded just so beautiful but other then that it was a very quiet, beautiful neighborhood walking distance to the private beach and other restaurants or stores. This was our first time in Florida and I am so happy I came across this beautiful home to stay at.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this Airbnb in Santa Rosa Beach! The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach, making it incredibly convenient for beach lovers like us. The surrounding area is beautiful and peaceful, providing the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing getaway.
The place itself was wonderful—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully furnished. We loved the cozy and welcoming vibe that made us feel right at home.
The only hiccup was that the hurricane activate lock wasn't working during our stay. While this was a bit concerning, it didn't significantly impact our overall experience.
Despite that minor issue, we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a great beachside retreat. We hope to come back again in the future!

We had such a great stay at Paradise Pete’s! The whole family had a great time - the kids loved being across the street from the pool and sharing a house with their cousins. There was plenty of space and the house is beautiful. Close walk to the beach and short drive from shopping and food. Would definitely come back!

Can’t say enough good things about place! It’s a very spacious and beautifully decorated house! You essentially have 3 living room areas, one on each level. The bottom floor is the perfect hangout area for kids and teenagers with the four bunk beds, ping pong table, and shuffle board table. We were able to walk to the beach easily with 5 kids under 10, or we could load up the car and go to the larger beach access area with the bathroom pretty easily! Would love to stay here again!

Recently stayed at Paradise Pete’s with 6 adults and 5 kids (ages 4-13). House is spacious and we never felt on top of each other. We wish the pool was heated but there was a hot tub that made up for it! Propane tank was empty and we had it replaced within 2 hours of notifying Real Joy! Beach access is less than 10 minutes on foot and was not crowded. We would definitely come back again or rent through Real Joy again!

Overall great experience. They absolutely responded to all our needs. Would help to have more amenities for children, such as high chair, kids cups, and a porta crib. Most units we’ve been to in the past all had supplied these things, which helps a lot! Just a suggestion to help improve this area, Thank you!
