Condo was gorgeous. It accommodated everything we needed regarding all cooking, bedding, and comforts. The condo listing did mention it was an eight minute walk to the beach. We should have looked in advance, because that eight minute walk includes crossing a 4 Lane Highway, which is not realistic for a 70 year-old or two small children. We thought there was access on the property. Atmosphere of the property was great. The pool was very clean, easy access to elevators and carts to bring baggage to the room.

The Palms of Destin was a great place to stay with our children. The amenities and location were great. The pool was fantastic!! The only downfall was that the living room furniture was worn down and not the most comfortable and few pieces of flooring was broken but did not affect how much we enjoyed this stay.

What a wonderful six day stay we had here. Upon arriving to the condo it was very clean and had a refreshing welcoming smell. The view was gorgeous as we were able to see the ocean in the distance and watch some small short scattered showers roll in off the gulf. This was the perfect space for my family, and my three kiddos enjoyed the pool immensely. The location was perfect and situated right in the middle of the shopping columns and tourist attractions. Having the Walmart right around the corner was a huge plus!! The staff at RealJoy were also amazing, and so helpful. I needed a package delivered prior to arrival and they responded immediately with instructions on how to ensure I received my package. When it arrived days prior to my arrival, they confirmed it had arrived and called to let me know they would happily hold it there for me. I truly appreciated the ease of our entire stay. We cannot wait to stay there again very soon!

The property was very nice & well laid out. Check-in/Check-out was so simple & easy. The room that we were in was nice. There were a few broken spots in the flooring & the washer had a smell.Overall, we had a delightful time & would stay here again.

We love snowbirds accommodated our family perfectly. Close walking distance to the beach, restaurants and grocery store. The view off the balcony is great for morning coffee. Very good communication with the property manager. We would definitely consider staying again. I think the Palms itself could do a better job of marketing The Good Vibes bar and their drink soecials. We may have patronized them a bit more.

This place was great for my family of 4. Lots to do around the area, fun pool/ hot tub. We loved the updated space and it was very clean. The only downside was it was a pretty far walk to the beach while trying to lug all your gear so I would suggest taking the shuttle or driving your own car!

This unit was clean and exactly what we were expecting for our quick getaway. Clean, nicely decorated, and exactly what the listing described. Plenty of shower towels. Bring your own beach towels. Close to Walmart and Target right down the road if you need to purchase anything. If planning to cook in the condo, you will need to buy seasonings. Overall very happy with our stay! Thank you!

I am pretty particular when I am looking for a place to stay for our family vacations. I look at all amenities and location that will benefit everyone. I just have to say the resort offered so much more than we expected! My family & I just loved everything that was offered and it accommodated all of us. The pool oasis was absolutely gorgeous, the game activities were a hit for my husband and son, the cafe for me, the gym for all of us, the grill’s by the tennis court where we played pickle ball and so much more. We definitely loved the carts which made moving our luggage and groceries so easy to our condo. The barista at the Cafe was super sweet and the coffee selection was really nice. I just loved my White Mocha Pumpkin Spiced Latte. Playing corn hole was fun! I could go on forever about the resort. Believe me we will be back and will recommend The Palms of Destin over and over again. Oh and one more thing the fast response in questions was great! We will book with Real Joy again!

The condo was in a great location in Destin! Minutes to the public beach, great eating, etc. the resort offers a fun stay for families, beautiful pool, and plenty of on site amenities. We got in late so the check-in process was a bit confusing. The property manager communicated effectively and very thoroughly. One warning to parents with young children going to bed early, loud music booms until 10pm. Be aware of this if your kids struggle falling asleep! But overall the stay was great, condo was adorable and very comfortable!

The unit was as advertised, very clean and updated decor. Minor issues with beds, the King mattress seemed to be too big for the box spring and the top bunk mattress very thin and uncomfortable. Also since weather was uncooperative could have used more blankets. The restaurant downstairs was also nice. Overall we had a great time.

We loved staying at the palms in this condo. The condo was extremely clean with plentiful fresh linens, the beds were comfy and the balcony had great views. The check in process was so easy. We stayed for 5 days and never once heard anyone while we were in our condo. It was quiet and perfect. We went end of February and the big pool was cold since they don’t heat it. There is one small pool that they do heat that we spent most of our time in and the hot tub is enjoyable too! The grounds were well kept and clean. The pool area is perfect for little kids and big kids! The walk in entry was a great place for my 1 year old and 3 year old to play in. We loved staying here and will most definitely be going back! One thing to note is the kitchen is not stocked with any spices or salt so if you plan on cooking, make sure you bring all of your own seasonings! Otherwise all of the dishes and pots and pans were exactly what we needed!

We had a great 4 night stay here! The place was clean, check in was easy (tip: if you arrive after front desk is closed, call the number on reservation to speak with security to get your wrist bands and building code), and parking plentiful. The public beach is across the highway, but an easy drive or walk, albeit a decent walk). My daughter absolutely LOVED the bunk beds and TV setup, actually cried because she didn’t want to leave that setup! Thanks for a great stay, will be looking to book again for another trip!
