You'll never want to leave the Palms of Destin! Stay here for a true 'resort' experience. Palms Resort #2605 is a Jr 2 bdrm, 2 bath located in the west building that sleeps 6 comfortably. This condo features a master bedroom w/ king size bed, access to the balcony that overlooks the beautiful lagoon pools, and a second bedroom that has full size bunk beds and its own full bath. The living area has a queen sleeper sofa bed, and access to the balcony. Enjoy a spacious dining area to seat 7 as well as a well equipped kitchen that includes an airfryer, rice cooker, and all the kitchen tools you need. In unit washer/dryer, hair dryer and 2 beach chairs for your convenience.

Snowbird Season runs November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Wonderful amenities include a large lagoon and a fun kids pool/ waterfall, basketball, pickleball , nice updated fitness center, tennis court and a great, convenient on site coffee bar/ restaurant. Carts available in the parking garage and entrance door for an easy haul to elevator to the 6th floor unit . Walking distance to the beach and minutes to many shopping and attractions locations.

The 11,000 square foot, 259,000 gallon zero entry pool is DESTIN’S LARGEST LAGOON POOL! You'll be blown away by the 5 dancing waterfalls, walking bridges and spacious lounging area. There's a 21,000 gallon heated pool, children's splash area and whirlpool spa.

The Palms of Destin Resort features a 2,265 square foot state-of-the-art fitness center including elliptical cardio treadmills, cross trainers, bikes and summit trainers each having a personal entertainment system.

The Palms of Destin offers full size basketball courts and two lighted tennis courts, with complimentary equipment available from guest services in the resort lobby. The Palms of Destin also offers lessons and clinics taught by USPTA and USPTR tennis professionals.

Seasonally, the resort offers a complimentary three-minute air-conditioned beach shuttle to the beach access beside the Back Porch restaurant. Additional shuttles run to Destin Commons and Harborwalk Village along with Henderson State Park for a small fee. Please inquire with the front desk for information on shuttle times. The Palms is a smoke free complex with an array of amenities. Some amenities are occasionally closed due to unforeseen circumstances.

All the excitement of Destin is just minutes away: choice of watersports, golf, amusement parks, and outlet shopping. One glimpse of Destin beaches and you're hooked. Not to mention the fabulous fishing, the world's most beautiful beaches, addictive seafood and the full array of activities for kids of all ages and more fun to be found in Destin.

Here you will find wind surfing, snorkeling, water-skiing and parasailing offered all along the Gulf. Nearby attractions include a Big Kahuna's Waterpark, The Track Family Fun Center and an array of water sports available at Destin Harbor. Of course, you'll want to savor the unique and delicious flavors of the freshest seafood available at any of Destin's more than 100 eateries! Restaurants here range from casual oyster bars to elegant bistros serving culinary delights guaranteed to please your palate.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. We had a great stay! The room was very clean and definitely met our standards. Communication with RealJoy was excellent, quick, responsive, and easy the whole time.We’re a family of 5, and the location of the room worked perfectly for us. Being close to the elevator and trash room made everything super convenient. As an autism family, having easy access to the elevator, garage, and pool made a big difference in keeping things smooth and stress-free.The elevators can get a little crowded and there can be a short wait at times, but they move pretty quickly. Also, not all of the pools are heated, so just keep that in mind.The location overall is amazing, close to restaurants and shopping. We went to Henderson Beach, which was only about a 4-minute drive.We would definitely book this room again

Our stay at the Palms with Real Joy was great. The condo was beautifully decorated with a beach theme and beds/furniture were comfortable. Real Joy was communicative and check in was easy. Tip when checking in…go to security and leave your ID to get a cart to haul stuff to your room because carts are scarce. We enjoyed the coffee shop each morning (they made great coffee drinks!) and ate at the restaurant one evening (service at restaurant was awful but food was good). There was plenty of room at the pool but it is definitely packed with kids so do not plan on relaxing by the pool with the loud music and footballs a plenty being thrown around…makes for good people watching though! I wouldn’t recommend walking/shuttling to the beach…it’s a decent walk and the beach has 80’ of beachfront and people were packed in the public section like sardines…instead drive to Henderson but get there early as it fills up but there’s plenty of beachfront there.

We love staying at The Palms. This was our third time staying at the resort and the second for staying in this unit. The view of the pool area is great and you can also see the gulf from the balcony. The unit is very quiet even tho it is facing the poolside and poolside bar. The kitchen is well stocked (except there was not any basic spices). RealJoy is great to deal with and very responsive and helpful. They had to relocate us prior to our arrival this stay, due to a malfunctioning air unit and they were very proactive and accommodating. The last day there, the unit lost power for quite some time and someone from RealJoy reached out to check on us. That was very heartwarming. We definitely recommend staying in this unit. We hope you enjoy your time as much as we did!!
