Palms Resort #2315 is a full two bedroom, two bath condo with pool views from the 3rd floor. Both bedrooms are spacious with king size beds. One bath has a tiled, walk-in shower and the other has a tub/shower combo. Gorgeous furnishings, flat screen in the living area, sofa bed, your own washer and dryer, and a lovely pool view completes this beautiful unit.

Snowbird Season runs November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Located on 15 beautiful acres, The Palms of Destin Resort and Conference Center offers an unbeatable, upscale experience in the heart of Destin at an affordable price. As an exclusive guest you will enjoy Destin’s largest lagoon pool beneath swaying palms or simply enjoy our many amenities including kid's activities, fitness center, kids' playground, tennis and basketball courts. You'll also be within walking distance of Joe's Crab Shack, Bubba Gump Shrimp Factory, The Back Porch (a Destin classic), Ruth's Chris Steak House, Jim-N-Nick's BBQ and Hooters.

The 11,000 square foot, 259,000 gallon zero entry pool is DESTIN’S LARGEST LAGOON POOL! You'll be blown away by the 5 dancing waterfalls, walking bridges and spacious lounging area. There's a 21,000 gallon heated pool, children's splash area and whirlpool.

The Palms of Destin Resort features a 2,265 square foot state-of-the-art fitness center including elliptical cardio treadmills, cross trainers, bikes and summit trainers each having a personal entertainment system.

The Palms of Destin offers full size basketball courts and two lighted tennis courts, with complimentary equipment available from guest services in the resort lobby. The Palms of Destin also offers lessons and clinics taught by USPTA and USPTR tennis professionals.

Seasonally, the resort offers a complimentary three-minute air-conditioned beach shuttle to the beach access beside the Back Porch restaurant. Additional shuttles run to Destin Commons and Harborwalk Village along with Henderson State Park for a small fee. Please inquire with the front desk for information on shuttle times. The Palms is a smoke free complex with an array of amenities. Some amenities are occasionally closed due to unforeseen circumstances.

Area Attractions:
Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

Perfect stay for the actual condo. Only a broken closet door that was popped off the track. But that isn’t an issue for a less than 5 star rating. The good vibe bar was horrible customer service which I told the front desk, only to receive a non-surprised response. So maybe they receive constant complaints but can’t make real change. But the host was super responsive to our WiFi issue, though the service stay weak; we didn’t go there for WiFi. The place was clean and great location for stores and restaurants and activities. Hopefully we’d be able to come back in the future. 5 star all around.

We enjoyed our stay in unit #2315 The place was extremely nice , my son and the other kids loved it as well they were swimming all day and the beach was even more fun . The shuttle at The Palms of Destin was so convient to take us back and forward from the Resort to the beach. Overall the stay was amazing! We will be booking again in June ! See you soon! The property was a great location. Our group was excited that the pool was very easy to get to via stairs or by elevator when hauling alot of stuff. The trash chute was a bit smelly, but honestly what do you expect. It was a great property and a great experience. Thank you!

This is a very nice listing at The Palms of Destin. Amenities of a condo but also the amenities of a resort. Very nice pool with plenty of chairs. Shuttle is also nice. Central location. The 2 kings and 2 bathrooms was perfect for our group of 3. Unit was very clean and had all the basics. I will say it was more sparse than other VRBOs I have stayed at for example no Kleenex but we all agreed we would stay at this listing in the future. RealJoy was great to communicate with and the process to check-in was very smooth. Listing is as described and photographed.
