Located on 15 beautiful acres, The Palms of Destin Resort and Conference Center offers an unbeatable, upscale experience in the heart of Destin at an affordable price. As an exclusive guest, you will enjoy Destin’s largest lagoon pool beneath swaying palms or simply enjoy our many amenities including kid's activities, fitness center, kids' playground, tennis, and basketball courts. You'll also be within walking distance of Joe's Crab Shack, Bubba Gump Shrimp Factory, The Back Porch (a Destin classic), Ruth's Chris Steak House, Jim-N-Nick's BBQ, and Hooters.

The 11,000 square foot, 259,000 gallons zero-entry pool is DESTIN’S LARGEST LAGOON POOL! You'll be blown away by the 5 dancing waterfalls, walking bridges, and spacious lounging area. There's a 21,000-gallon heated pool, children's splash area, and whirlpool spa.

The Palms of Destin Resort features a 2,265 square foot state-of-the-art fitness center including elliptical cardio treadmills, cross trainers, bikes, and summit trainers each having a personal entertainment system.

The Palms of Destin offers full-size basketball courts and two lighted tennis courts, with complimentary equipment available from guest services in the resort lobby. The Palms of Destin also offers lessons and clinics taught by USPTA and USPTR tennis professionals.

Seasonally, the resort offers a complimentary three-minute air-conditioned beach shuttle to the beach access beside the Back Porch restaurant. Additional shuttles run to Destin Commons and Harborwalk Village along with Henderson State Park for a small fee. Please inquire with the front desk for information on shuttle times. The Palms is a smoke-free complex with an array of amenities. Some amenities are occasionally closed due to unforeseen circumstances.

Beautiful condo in an excellent location!

We were very pleased with this VRBO for several reasons. First, the condo was beautiful, in great condition, had several amenities, and a great view. The pool, warm pool, and hot tub were perfect and greatly enjoyable. Secondly, the location was great as it was close to so many restaurants, a grocery store less than 2 mins away, and within range of several top beaches (for swimming and shell hunting!). Third, the checkin process and communication with the host was very easy and helpful. Our family had a fantastic stay and would definitely return to this property!

It was a beautiful condo with an even more beautiful view. We enjoyed the sunset every night. It was the perfect layout for our family of 5 with 3 younger kids. They loved the bunk beds and we loved having our own space to sleep. We had one minor issue when we arrived where there was a stain on the comforter. After letting them know they immediately replaced it with a brand new comforter in less than an hour. I assume they would respond promptly to any issue that arises based on our experience. My husband, who worked several years in hospitality, was really happy with their service. If we go back to Destin I would definitely consider booking this condo again.

Palms Resort #21204 Jr. 2BR Stayed from January 8, 2024 to January 16,2024. You really could not beat the views. This unit has been completely redone. With two rooms and two bathrooms, a balcony overlooking the Gulf. Fully stocked kitchen. Heated Pool and Hot Tub. Beautiful Tennis Courts. A 5 min walk to the beach or a 10 min drive to virtually everything else you could think to do in Destin. Only an hour from Pensacola and just a little further from Alabama if you’re looking for a day trip along the gulf. We will 100% be staying again and regret having to share our A+ experience for fear of the place not being available! In all seriousness. If you’re looking for the best place to stay in Destin, this is it!

Spring Break

great condo! very comfortable! great location. great view...one master bedroom queen size bed. second bedroom has to full size bunk beds. that's it. plus a pull out couch. the iron could be better. I won't be coming down to Destin between the months of November thru May since the weather is very unpredictable and even cold for Florida. we only had one good day. but that has nothing to do with the condo. I would definitely stay in this condo during the hot months.

Great little condo

Love this place.... Condo was great... Stayed in a few at this complex. This one was on 12th floor... Great views. Washer and dryer worked great... Dishwasher was ok Thank you for leaving Netflix logged in...helps with kids..they all know that button. Lol
