Palms Resort #2108 Jr. 2BR

The palms resort is in a great location and has a beautiful pool area. We had some issues with cleanliness when we arrived and a few other maintenance issues but we let real joy know upon check out and Devin (the supervisor) reached out to us and made it right for us. She was great and went out of her way to make sure we know that isn’t the normal standard and they would be ensuring all of our concerns were addressed and fixed. Overall the stay was nice and we really enjoyed our trip and real joy showed they cared about our experience and concerns.

Family of 6 that has to pack quiet a bit to head to the beach each time so being 1/4 mile away at a public beach isn’t always ideal but we made the most of it and had fun. The littles went to the pool each day while we relaxed in the hot tub.

I hadn't been to Destin in several years and for my wife and children it was their first time. This was a fantastic stay! The resort was clean and easy to get to and the pools were great for the kids (3 and 1). The shuttle made it easy to get to the beach but we elected to drive on the 2nd and 3rd day because we had quite a lot of things to carry. Property management was nice and the room was clean and ready at check in. Overall it was a great stay and we'll most likely look into using this property again in the future.

We stayed here with our 2 year old. The location is perfect, close to the pool and the garage. We liked being on the 1st floor as that made access easier with a toddler. The resort was great, our son loved the pool. The beach is in walking distance but with a toddler and no wagon wouldn’t recommend it. The resort does offer shuttle. Everything is super close and would definitely recommend booking with this host. Great communication and fast response.

This place was amazing. The pool was probably the best pool I've ever seen. There was also a splash pad area and a large hot tub. My 4 year old and 1 year old had a blast. Very clean and in a good location. The coffee shop and restaurant is super cute. We will definitely be returning and recommending this place to others.

Great stay! The condo was spacious and clean with a well equipped kitchen. This unit is very close to the HUGE pool. You do have to park in a garage and walk to your room..I knew this in advance and brought a wagon with me which really helped. Beach is about a 2-3 minute drive, but walkable if you don’t have little ones. Would definitely stay again!

Nothing bad to say, had a great experience. Had questions twice throughout the week, and was able to get great help quickly both times. Front desk was very helpful as well. Location was great, with only a couple minute drive to the beach at the state park. The shuttle to the beach was nice to have, but it's only a couple dollars extra to make the drive yourself. Having a shaded parking garage was very nice as well. No complaints about the condo. The master bed was nice, and the blinds blocked out the morning sun well. Having carpet was much better than hardwood floors, and we loved the stand up shower in the secondary bathroom. Would def consider staying here again.

Beautiful condo located less than 5 mins from beach! Great place. Very clean. Amazing pool. And the on site restaurant is a plus. Only criticism is that the restaurant felt a little under staffed but that had nothing to do with the condo. Definitely recommend and will be back soon!!!

Wonderful stay at the palms. If you are looking for a clean, well appointed place to stay- go here! You are a short drive to Walmart (we recommend Walmart pick up and use the road behind the resort to avoid traffic), super close to amazing beaches, and the restraunts near by are great

Great place. The condo was clean and Just as shown in pictures. The couch definitely has some wear to it but still comfortable. Took us about 5 minute car ride to get to Henderson state park beach access. Would definitely stay again

Condo was very nice. Pool area was nice. Grounds were kept clean. A few things missing in kitchen (spatula and pizza cutter) but otherwise beds were comfortable the condo was very clean and there were plenty of extra linens. The beach is quite a walk and the shuttle runs longer than you expect but was an added perk.

We recently stayed here with our 3 young boys! The unit was very welcoming with high ceilings and tasteful decor. We wanted a ground floor unit so we didn’t have to deal with the elevator. The unit view is of the street but it’s not bad as they have trees/bushes. The pool was good and had plenty of available chairs. I was hoping to walk to more places but you really have to drive to get to beach and restaurants although they are very close it’s not really walking friendly. Overall great place!

Check in was easy, which was wonderful after a long drive. Covered parking was a great to keep our van out of the Florida sun. Loved that this was ground floor, it was much easier to get in and out -no elevators. It was nice that the views were facing away from the pool, that enabled us to have quiet evenings after our days at the beach & pool. We appreciated the convenience of the poolside bar on occasion and walked to a few restaurants. Everything was clean & comfortable for our family and the beach shuttle was great!

The condo was fabulous....just as pictured. The resort had a nice pool area. No staff were truly present and late night check-ins are "on their own" to determine how the building numbers work. The numbers don't match up at all and the parking garage is quite far from one of the buildings. I have no complaints about the reservation agent nor the condo itself.

This was our third time to stay at the Palms and we loved it. The check in process was easy, which we appreciated after a long drive. The condo itself was clean and stocked with basic essentials such as dish soap, dishwasher packets, toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap. The kitchen has cooking utensils, plates, bowls, glasses, and even wine glasses. My family of six fit comfortably. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic condo. We were there for 5 days, the condo itself was very comfortable, with all we needed for a 5 night stay. We made use of the washer/dryer. The complex itself was great, the gym was better than many I have seen, and the lagoon pool was wonderful.

I was really impressed with the Palms in Destin. The rooms were much larger than expected and in very clean and upgraded condition. We were able to have a ground floor room which lacked much of a view of the surrounding area or water but they had very impressive landscaping and it made for very easy access. I was somewhat worried about the potential safety of the first floor but the sliding doors had very heavy pane glass and secure locks put our mind at ease. We also anticipated concerns about the lack of staff and difficult check-in. This was not an issue either and had a very quick and easy check-in and check-out process. The parking garage allowed for plenty of covered parking which was nice. The lagoon pool, hot tub, and smaller pool were very well laid out and enjoyable. The only issue we did have was the rowdy party crowd out at the pool on Friday night. They need better security and/or staff monitoring during the late hours. Overall 2 thumbs up for the Palms!!

Henderson Beach State Park is just across the street. Beach shuttle can drop you off or you can walk. The beaches are soft white sand. Join in on a volleyball game while the kids build sandcastles. We had a great week!!!!
