Snowbird Season runs November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). As an exclusive guest you will enjoy Destin’s largest lagoon pool beneath swaying palms or simply enjoy our many amenities including kid's activities, fitness center, kids' playground, tennis and basketball courts. The 11,000 square foot, 259,000 gallon zero entry pool is DESTIN’S LARGEST LAGOON POOL! You'll be blown away by the 5 dancing waterfalls, walking bridges and spacious lounging area. There's a 21,000 gallon heated pool, children's splash area and whirlpool spa.

The Palms of Destin Resort features a 2,265 square foot state-of-the-art fitness center including elliptical cardio treadmills, cross trainers, bikes and summit trainers each having a personal entertainment system.

The Palms of Destin offers full size basketball courts and two lighted tennis courts, with complimentary equipment available from guest services in the resort lobby. The Palms of Destin also offers lessons and clinics taught by USPTA and USPTR tennis professionals.

Seasonally, the resort offers a complimentary three-minute air-conditioned beach shuttle to the beach access beside the Back Porch restaurant. Additional shuttles run to Destin Commons and Harborwalk Village along with Henderson State Park for a small fee. Please inquire with the front desk for information on shuttle times. The Palms is a smoke free complex with an array of amenities. Some amenities are occasionally closed due to unforeseen circumstances.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

The condo was great! Spacious, nice balcony, but no beach towels or wagon etc.
The bistro at the Palms needs much refreshing in every way.
The shuttle from the Palms is seasonal, only F, S,S when we were there. A vehicle is pretty necessary if leaving resort. Closest beach small & crowded. Henderson State Park better option.
Lagoon pool was pretty chilly in October.
Maa's coffee nearby is stellar

Real Joy's - The Palms of Destin Unit 1616 was wonderful. The place was clean with plenty of space for our group of 4 adults. There were plenty of plenty of towels for our four-night stay. There's a washer/dryer in the unit should you need to wash. The kitchen seemed stocked with enough items to prepare meals, but we did not cook ... there's too many great places to eat, including the onsite grill. The bar serves wonderful drinks, and you can even get them in cute souvenir containers.
CONS: BEACH : do not plan to go to the beach directly across the street "June White" I believe. It is TINY and surrounded by private property. :-( However, you can walk down the beach or take the shuttle to Henderson State Park. Note: Check on beach chair service before you go! My friend and I ended up purchasing chairs at Walmart because service was only available on Saturdays and Sundays.
UNIT: The master bed was to firm for my taste and the ceiling fan/light remotes need instructions.

Great place to stay. Pictures did seem like they were beach front but it was a little of a further walk, which was still fine with us. Everything was clean and it was spacious for the whole family. Great pool area. Would stay here again.

The apartment was very nice and spacious. Easy check-in but getting your personal belongings from parking deck to apartment was a chore especially because the carts provided were hard to maneuver. Other than that everyone was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the shuttle to the beach it very efficient and the driver is very friendly. I would stay here again.

overall I enjoyed my stay.

I alway love the corner apartments. It was very peaceful and relaxing. The extra pillows had not been changed.

Great location!

We took a family vacay to Destin and found this property to be great! Its location is perfect close to The Track and Big Kahunas also the public beach is directly across the street. The condo was spacious and clean plenty of room for 5. Staff was very friendly and we loved the bar by the pool. Will definitely stay here again.

Cool

The resort itself it’s nice. Our actual room the TVs in the bed room were small. The master suite had a queeN bed other than that furniture wise could have been upgraded. But we we’re happy! The fact that it wasn’t upgraded
